in the past 30 days i've brought this,e-commerce store to well over 10,thousand dollars per day using only,tick-tock ads now i think i've only said,this once in my youtube career which is,this is a video you need to watch all,the way through because it's basically,going to serve as a mini course giving,you a framework for any sort of,e-commerce business if you want to run,tick tock ads the right way i'm,currently spending about 200 000 a month,between two of my main brands and i've,been doing that for a while so if you,want the full breakdown at scale a level,that most people who teach on youtube,are not at themselves this is gonna give,you some of those strategies and a,little bit of insight into the ad,account i'm gonna actually show you,inside of it now if you stick through,this video i'm also gonna give you two,winning products and all the targeting,for it the pricing options the sourcing,costs the offer style everything that,you can do to launch it today but first,a quick story my tick tock ad account,was hacked somehow we're still trying to,work it out with tic toc somebody,scheduled 100 000 per day worth of ads,to run to their store some separate,random chinese store selling a t-shirt i,know now it's a little weird to say but,thankfully it only spent forty two,thousand dollars it could have been much,worse and that was in a six hour block,where a surprise surprise i wasn't at my,computer i don't know what i was,thinking golfing on a thursday but it,costed me 42 grand so i've definitely,got a crazy story coming for that once,it's resolved but that's not going to,stop me from moving forward in the,meantime so before i jump in and screen,record through here i just want to let,you know about the giveaway we do in,every video all you got to do is this kind of like the,last week timeline that you're looking,at here with probably 20 something,thousand dollars spent now to give you a,visual on top of that i know i already,showed you this is the month so far,built it from it's like 1500 a day kind,of hanging out towards the end of last,month and now it's consistently over 10,000 really between ten and thirteen,thousand dollars a day um it hasn't been,below about twelve thousand in the last,like week so that's great we'll ship,over four thousand orders this month and,probably about ten thousand next month,at least that's assuming no scale and,i'm continuing to scale so i'd like to,see this at about twenty thousand,dollars a day by the end of next month,and again that's only using tick tock,ads with the exact strategies that prices for you and it,all revolves around three things it's,your offer your creatives and your store,and your product obviously now in,specific your offer has to be something,very very tempting that you know you,have to pair with a product that you,know is already working very well you,know it has to be something that like uh,you know like a buyer sees and they're,just like wow like this is such an,incredible deal like you know I have to,get this right now in terms of creatives,you want to do something that I call an,urgency style of creative you you,basically say we need all this product,gone in five days so we're doing a buy,one get one free sale click the link,below and get yours today before you run,out that's pretty much the premises of,the creative that's how you want to,structure it and then on your store you,want to have it very quick and easy to,understand with a good description and,you want to just have the whole process,just very flowy and it just makes almost like two superpowers at once,it's like you have people coming from a,creative that they have the idea that,there's only a limited stock left and,they have this incredible deal in front,of their face so they're a lot more,likely to purchase because there's just,so much good stuff being thrown at them,at once and they're just scared that,they're gonna that this deal is gonna,run out and you know they're never going,to see it again so this creates a lot of,impulse buys and this system is the most,efficient way to get Tick Tock to,actually spend your money because you're,making it so just these are some things you,can do to your store as well so product,I definitely always will recommend a,saturated product with a lower undercut,offer something where you can uh you,know price out your opponents using such,an offer like free plus shipping on a,very saturated process product that,doesn't cost a lot to supply places you,can find these products where you can,kind of see all the backing costs it's,not PP ads the only spy tool I currently,use and most likely will ever use just,because I like the analysis that it,actually does in current time again we,work in current time now I'm going to be,getting into some free game this is,Mania and it is absolutely free no,credit card required okay I don't think,it's like in my opinion this product,research tool is the best and purchases um there's,you're gonna have a guaranteed 15 hit,rate on that so free money free free aov,increase why not and quantity breaks,bundle bear things like that um you know,those are just to wear on the front you,know before they get into checkout,they're able to increase the average,order value as well so these I believe,are Essentials to have on the store and,if I didn't have them I doubt I'd be,profitable in fact I wouldn't be so when,it comes to the creative now you're,going to need a very controlled ugc what,I mean by controlled ugc is something,that focuses directly on the product as you think okay so we designed,the store we gotta buy one get one fifty,percent off offer and we also set it up,with a couple Pages very nice and simple,theme if you guys want to check out that,video I'll link it up here when we,actually designed it from scratch and I,added a bundle and save plug-in okay so,this is a simple app that you can add to,increase your conversions and as we go,through the profit and everything later,on in this video you're gonna see that a,few people had bit on this offer which,was very just in the note if we come,down here we can see that we had some,gifs very nice simple page and we have,some very simple reviews of the product,and that's really all it takes to sell,the product and some additional things,we have a sticky add to cart button,right here meaning if they scroll down,on the page and they click this button,they'll be able to go straight to the,checkout and that is going to increase,our conversions now step three when it,comes to the ad creative I'm not gonna,lie I usually advise to go and order a,sample of the product and make your own,ads but for the sake of this challenge I,end up ripping somebody off for their,content of course I ended up adding my,own spice to it you know but just for,the urgency of the situation I had to do,it here's what the final video ended up,looking like have you ever heard of,cupping well this is the suction Pro and,I'm going to show you how to use it well,firstly you're gonna turn it on and then,use this button to increase the suction,look at it goes,click this button to increase the red,light,it's getting hot in here and then once,you're done just click that button to,release,as you can see he did a very good job,explaining the product I added some,music and added some spice to it but,overall great ad is under 20 seconds and,that's really all we need for tick tock,step four the ad account now the ad,account and the personal Tick Tock,profile goes hand in hand I figured,we'll just make the ad account we'll,forget about the personal Tick Tock,profile and what we'll do is we'll just,link the product directly to our website,instead of going to our Tick Tock,profile using the ad so all we did was,we downloaded The Tick Tock app through,the Shopify App Store and that was able,to get us our ad account set up we added,a payment method and we set up our pixel,all in one go very very simple and at,this point we're ready to run ads step,five the launch this is where we,actually use something called The Glitch,method and I know a few people heard of,this I've actually made a video,documenting this uh way back earlier in,2022 I called it the surf strategy but,this is a very particular ad strategy,where we can see crazy crazy profitable,results and get a huge amount of traffic,into our store for cheap okay and I'm,gonna show you a few results here in a,second but I want to show you how to set,these campaigns up okay just in general,so you have a clear understanding of how,the campaigns work it works by you,setting up one large campaign with a 50,lifetime budget and you set it to launch,at about midnight and then you want to,hook it up with a bunch of AD sets I'm,talking about like a hundred plus ad,sets so imagine that we have a hundred,plus ad sets all under one campaign and,they are all set to a daily spending,budget of a hundred I tried Drop Shipping with paid Tick,Tock ads and here are the results two,weeks ago I tried Drop Shipping with,only fifty dollars and well so today,we're gonna test our website the multi,bottle and see if paid ads are gonna be,better or if we should just move on to a,new product so let's get right into it,day one so let's start by creating some,ads now I don't have the product myself,so these ads are just made from content,I found online normally you should get,ugc content which stands for user,generated content since it performs a,lot better but we don't really have time,to ship the product to an influencer so,let's just hope for the best then let's,upload them to tick tock now we're gonna,set up the campaign as a CBL then we're,gonna do fifty dollars a day which is,the minimum select your pixel and choose,complete payment then remove these two,and select 18 to 55 plus since we don't,want some 13 year old to steal their,mom's credit card then we're gonna,select 7 to 24. now because I connected,my Tick Tock account to the ads manager,we can choose our ads here,and let's launch so the day we launched,the ads only spent three dollars and 64,cents for some reason if we go to the,Shopify dashboard we have 61 store,sessions one add to cart and no sales,day two day two was Black Friday and we,spent exactly fifty dollars but our CPM,was pretty high at 22 dollars this is,probably due to everybody our,advertising on Black Friday Also our CPC,was five dollars and it should be like,10 to 20 cents and our CTR was 0.45,percent when it should be at least one,percent on a Shopify dashboard we had 80,store sessions One ads at cart and zero,sales day three we spent fifty dollars,and got an even higher CPM but our CPC,was lower and CTR higher but these are,still very bad stats but on the Shopify,dashboard things started to look better,we got 70 store sessions five add to,cart three reach checkout and one sale,day four going into day four we again,got a 21 dollar CPM so I decided to cut,the ads at seven dollars spent in total,we had spent 111 dollars to make one,sale I got back to the drawing board and,decided that things needed to change day,five I was spending all day studying,Tick Tock ads and Tick Tock strategies,as well as making new ads so we had zero,dollars in ad spend day six on day six I,was ready with new ads and a new,strategy I decided instead of using my,post I would just create the ads,directly from the ads manager I also,added Canada an automated creative,optimization then I also raised the,budget to a hundred dollars a day so I,could lose my money faster after,spending twenty six dollars I decided to,cut the campaign since the CPC was too,high after spending 140 dollars to get,one sale I decided that it was time to,try a new product,day 7 on day seven the new product and,website was ready to be tested so we,spent 77 on ads and had a pretty good,CPM bad CPC and bad CTR on a Shopify,dashboard we had 107 store sessions with,five add to cart and two reach checkout,and zero sales day 8 on day eight I,created new ads and published them then,with only five cents an ad spend two,video views we got our first sale then,we got another sale and another sale and,another sale and we ended that day with,202 dollars in Revenue,but with the cost of ads fulfillment and,payment processor we have a solid 3.96,in profits here's the profit and loss,sheet for this challenge so we lost a,total of 216 dollars and that's why you,need a budget of minimum one thousand to,two thousand dollars when doing paid ads,but most people don't have that kind of,money lying around and that's why I'm,gonna retry organic Drop Shipping with,Tick Tock in my next video and this time,we're gonna do it with a US SIM card so,we can Target the US from Europe I,upload videos every Friday at 4 pm ESD,so subscribe and hit the Bell to get,notified about the video next week if,you have any questions or just want to,learn more join my Discord Link in the,description by the way this video right,here has,4193 likes maybe you'll like it too,thank you for watching have a great day,and I'll see you Friday

is the new kid on the blog usually we're  heavily reliant on facebook because it's such an  ,incredible marketing tool but lots of people are  getting heaps of success with the new entertaining  ,nature of tick tock ads so it might be perfect  for your brand this video is perfect for beginners  ,we're not going to skip any steps but i'm also  going to go into some advanced things around  ,content because that is so important to make sure  that you make tick tock ads work the first step  ,you're going to want to do is set up your shopify  store if you haven't set up your shopify store  ,just pause the video click the link in my bio and  set it up now we've got one set up through our  ,lemon scrub series so it's got most of the things  ready we're just going to make sure that we set up  ,tiktok properly so the pixel is firing once you're  in shopify the best way to go is go into apps and  ,just write in tiktok simply download the official  tiktok app and click add sales channel this is the  ,exact same as facebook nowadays this will bring  up this little tick tock section down on the left  ,hand store of your shopify store if you don't have  shopify still carry on watching we're going to get  ,into the nitty gritty in a second once this is set  up we can click this section here setting up the  ,pixel the next step you can see that it's saying  connect tick tock for business this is where you  ,need a new tick tock account already have a tick  tock business account you can just click connect  ,but today we're gonna have to create a brand new  one so i'm just gonna click create new at the top  ,enter my email address get the verification code  sent into the verification code here agree to  ,terms and conditions and just click sign up you  can click connect down the bottom right and that's  ,now created an ads manager business manager under  that email we can click create new ad account and  ,we can select the country and the currency that we  want to be built in this is generally the region  ,that you want to be targeting change the business  name to something a little bit simpler click sign  ,up and connect you'll come to this data sharing  section which we've touched on a few times in my  ,previous episodes just click enhanced or maximum  providing you've got the terms and conditions set  ,up for something and then click confirm maximum  is obviously preferred this is how shopify shares  ,data with ticktock this is referred to as capi  which is a partnership between shopify and the  ,advertising platform click set up enter your final  details make sure you connect automatic payment  ,click confirm and you should be ready to go now  to create tick-tock ads we're actually going to  ,have to go back to the tick-tock ads manager so  we can go ads.tichtalk.com you can see that our  ,ad account has already been created to make sure  that we do have the pixel set up properly what i  ,do recommend is going to your website and just  like facebook there's something called tic toc  ,pixel helper and it's a chrome extension that you  can download and check if your pixel is firing  ,on your website if it's not you may need to go  and fix that initially just download the chrome  ,extension and you can see that our tick tock pixel  is set up here shopify set it up for us and it  ,should be firing this is a page view because we're  on a page when you add a product to cart it should  ,fire the add to cart pixel or if someone purchases  you can test a purchase and it will also fire that  ,pixel in the exact right way so now we're in  the tiktok ads account we can go ahead and  ,create our first campaign campaign structures  are really important to talk about it's what  ,separates good advertisers from tick-tock ads during the testing,phase if you have under a hundred,dollars per day as a testing budget we,like to actually test three to five,audiences at most so that way you can,truly understand and
