Ray,nice to meet you again Jeremy,so you've got this obviously a billion,users got a big reach in the US as well,um where are your advertisers coming,from right now who are they trying to,reach and who do you see as your sort of,big competitors right now,I think we uh actually expanded pretty,well into different verticals right so,you can think about like,um very brand Focus the verticals like,cpg entertainment,Financial Services in terms of you know,promoting their service and also food,and beverage these are the traditional,verticals that we're leaning in a lot,when we're actually starting the,business here in the US and also across,Global but slowly slowly as our platform,gets more mature we of course pivoting,to a more self-served model to acquire,more performance driven clients for,example e-commerce is a very big sector,for us and also of course retailers in,general right so we're talking about,big box sectors or we're talking about,e-commerce platforms so these are all,our customers on the platforms we're,increasingly to see that not only those,I would say large customers they find,the routes on the platform we're also,seeing a lot of those I would say,smaller and medium-sized business,starting to engage with a more,meaningful way because they realize that,it's how they can actually expanding,their user base and also really present,themselves to the world because of our,unique I would say technology on the,content graph right so it is actually,pretty fascinating to see that you know,we're able to not only actually service,those traditional Brands but think I want to touch base maybe,starting from the performance part I,think people all know us pretty well on,The Branding side of things because this,is uh our I would say one of the,well-known uh Aussie parts of the,business the other part of business of,course is the performance by performance,uh we can look into these by two,divisions one is on the app side of the,business right how can we actually drive,um I would say a developer success on,the platform,and the other pieces will be based on,webs it's very very much towards our us,business model in terms of everything is,a website right so how can we drive,traffic conversions uh and beneficial of,the ecosystem for our all those kind of,e-commerce focused clients in this case,so starting from the upside we recently,launched the of,40. and that's not just Matt's,experience the data backs him up here so,53 percent of tick tock's users are over,30 and that's just going to continue,maturing over time so how can we get,results question,of is it worth getting is even a thing,so basically tick tock has these things,called enterprise business centers and,what they allow you to do is create an,endless amount of ad accounts underneath,them but they are not normal ad accounts,they are at accounts that basically,allow you to target any country they,give you a dedicated support agent they,have very minimal spending issues so,tick tock has been very glitchy lately,but not on the agency ad accounts,they're fine you also get a higher,priority support line through the main,tick tock support channel if you're not,using your main tick tock rep and ads,are also known to get flagged less so,this is great for people that own an,agency or have clients or own a few,businesses so that they can basically,create and assign different ad accounts,to their different businesses or their,different clients obviously in my case,it's clients and students where i can,actually give them an agency ad account,basically move it into their profile and,they will have access to it so i had a,student that was going through my,one-on-one mentoring program which by,the way is still open by the time this,video goes out i'll probably coaching,program about a few weeks in popped a,winner on an agency ad account and it's,working out very well he's actually,almost at a thousand dollars today which,is great but he's actually in china so,he can't create a standard tiktok ad,account and still be able to target us,or anything like that without using a,vpn and a sketchy payment processor so i,gave him an agency ad account and he,started testing products on it found a,winner within like five or six tests and,now he's almost doing a thousand dollars,a day so we started testing products,like normal and there was nothing really,out of the ordinary other than the fact,that we didn't have spending issues,because it was an agency ad account but,you know first product we tested got no,sales second one no sales third one no,sales one of them made a sale or two so,that was a good sign but probably like,the fifth or sixth one that we tested it,popped off right away with like a 1.5 to,two roads now this was nothing crazy but,we did notice something very interesting,about that campaign that was different,than the other ones and what was,different is we decided to target the,usa canada and the united kingdom,basically just for shits and giggles we,didn't really have a reason to just,thought we would try it for whatever,reason and it definitely helped out with,sales we were analyzing the campaign and,we noticed that pretty much all of the,sales were coming from the united,kingdom so obviously we created another,campaign that was targeting only the,united kingdom and to no surprise it,basically had a 1.5 raws and didn't,really go anywhere so this was a little,bit weird because we noticed a lot of,the sales were coming from the uk so we,basically isolated uk in a new campaign,and it didn't perform as good so i was,like okay you know what i'm gonna make a,new campaign target usa canada and the,uk again maybe they perform better,together than separate for whatever,reason because back when i used to do,facebook ads very very heavily i would,always notice that you know worldwide,targeting would perform better than big,four or top five countries or tier one,countries basically the more options,that the advertising platform had to,choose from the better the ads were,performed for whatever reason i didn't,really know why but i did this in this,ad account and of course it got much,better results like 2 2 2.5 roads for a,day and then slowly over time i was just,watching these campaigns kind of sort of,die out um you know after a few days it,was like two row as 1.7 1.5 you know so,slowly slowing down so after seeing that,happen i decided to make three key,campaigns literally last night i was,just sitting there thinking about what's,the next best move that i can make in,this ad account to ensure that tomorrow,is a good day and essentially what i did,was i duplicated into a new campaign,five times an exact replica of the,initial campaign that we made that was,targeting us canada I tried Drop Shipping with paid Tick,Tock ads and here are the results two,weeks ago I tried Drop Shipping with,only fifty dollars and well so today,we're gonna test our website the multi,bottle and see if paid ads are gonna be,better or if we should just move on to a,new product so let's get right into it,day one so let's start by creating some,ads now I don't have the product myself,so these ads are just made from content,I found online normally you should get,ugc content which stands for user,generated content since it performs a,lot better but we don't really have time,to ship the product to an influencer so,let's just hope for the best then let's,upload them to tick tock now we're gonna,set up the campaign as a CBL then we're,gonna do fifty dollars a day which is,the minimum select your pixel and choose,complete payment then remove these two,and select 18 to 55 plus since we don't,want some 13 year old to steal their,mom's credit card then we're gonna,select 7 to 24. now because I connected,my Tick Tock account to the ads manager,we can choose our ads here,and let's launch so the day we launched,the ads only spent three dollars and 64,cents for some reason if we go to the,Shopify dashboard we have 61 store,sessions one add to cart and no sales,day two day two was Black Friday and we,spent exactly fifty dollars but our CPM,was pretty high at 22 dollars this is,probably due to everybody our,advertising on Black Friday Also our CPC,was five dollars and it should be like,10 to 20 cents and our CTR was 0.45,percent when it should be at least one,percent on a Shopify dashboard we had 80,store sessions One ads at cart and zero,sales day three we spent fifty dollars,and got an even higher CPM but our CPC,was lower and CTR higher but these are,still very bad stats but on the Shopify,dashboard things started to look better,we got 70 store sessions five add to,cart three reach checkout and one sale,day four going into day four we again,got a 21 dollar CPM so I decided to cut,the ads at seven dollars spent in total,we had spent 111 dollars to make one,sale I got back to the drawing board and,decided that things needed to change day,five I was spending all day studying,Tick Tock ads and Tick Tock strategies,as well as making new ads so we had zero,dollars in ad spend day six on day six I,was ready with new ads and a new,strategy I decided instead of using my,post I would just create the ads,directly from the ads manager I also,added Canada an automated creative,optimization then I also raised the,budget to a hundred dollars a day so I,could lose my money faster after,spending twenty six dollars I decided to,cut the campaign since the CPC was too,high after spending 140 dollars to get,one sale I decided that it was time to,try a new product,day 7 on day seven the new product and,website was ready to be tested so we,spent 77 on ads and had a pretty good,CPM bad CPC and bad CTR on a Shopify,dashboard we had 107 store sessions with,five add to cart and two reach checkout,and zero sales day 8 on day eight I,created new ads and published them then,with only five cents an ad spend two,video views we got our first sale then,we got another sale and another sale and,another sale and we ended that day with,202 dollars in Revenue,but with the cost of ads fulfillment and,payment processor we have a solid 3.96,in profits here's the profit and loss,sheet for this challenge so we lost a,total of 216 dollars and that's why you,need a budget of minimum one thousand to,two thousand dollars when doing paid ads,but most people don't have that kind of,money lying around and that's why I'm,gonna retry organic Drop Shipping with,Tick Tock in my next video and this time,we're gonna do it with a US SIM card so,we can Target the US from Europe I,upload videos every Friday at 4 pm ESD,so subscribe and hit the Bell to get,notified about the video next week if,you have any questions or just want to,learn more join my Discord Link in the,description by the way this video right,here has,4193 likes maybe you'll like it too,thank you for watching have a great day,and I'll see you Friday
