so if your ad creative is dying out and,it performed really well on day one day,two I would recommend giving this a shot,I'm just going to show you really,quickly how you can basically reset the,ad creative in Tick Tock to make it so,that it's like a brand new creative so,let's say we're running this okay,now whatever you edit your your ad in I,do Premiere Pro but you might may do it,in something else basically this is the,actual file okay so the file is 11 11.24,seconds so this is what was initially,uploaded into Tick Tock okay,now when you upload a new creative it's,a different file it's a different time,stamp it's a different you know the the,metadata is different in it and so Tick,Tock sees this as new content and it,rewards you for the initial push-up of,that creative because it thinks oh this,is new content I want to show it to,people kind of think of it like organic,too so like if you have an organic,account and you're posting when you,first post you're gonna get a bunch of,eyeballs right like a bunch of people,are going to see it it may shoot up to,like 500 views or a thousand views and,then usually it just kind of dies out of,nowhere it's it's kind of similar for,the actual Tick Tock ads and so really,you can just kind of apply this to the,ads like you would organically and keep,uploading new stuff to get uh better,results initially so we have our um our,ad creative and Premiere Pro so the only,difference I would do is you need to,have a different file that you upload,when you upload this creative again,you don't need to change it a ton you,don't need to do a bunch of different,edits or anything like that so I would,just drag this in here,and like for example this is again 11.24,seconds so you could do something very,simple,it's like we come to here right,and let's say we come to like,11.23 or 11.2 seconds,and we just shorten it a little bit,that's all we do so it's basically the,exact same ad right it's going to end,it's going to end here now,you know not not a particularly big,difference,but even though this very very small,change when we export this so I would,just export this ad and then come back,here into Tick Tock ads and upload it,tick tock will treat this as a brand new,ad creative,and again Tick Tock loves new stuff if,if you've watched my um,my pixel cloaking tutorial video,basically on uh why Tick Tock likes,brand new pixels it doesn't even have to,be connected uh they just love new,pixels new content they just love new,stuff okay so even though it's pretty,much the exact same creative we're just,changing it a little bit it's treated as,a whole new thing in Tick Tock ads,manager so if your ad creative is dying,out and it performed really well on day,one day two I would recommend giving,this a shot because there's a good,chance that your ad creative didn't,reach your entire audience of people,that are willing to buy,um and it's just kind of become old news,in the auction system of tick tock ads I,wouldn't exploit this a ton but I mean,again you can just add in very very,little changes make sure the actual file,is a different file when you upload it,and it will be treated as new content in,your Tick Tock ads manager,best of luck in this Q4 peace

is good uh and uh yeah without,further ado let's get right into it this,is what we're seeing from actively,running our agencies to this day my,agency doesn't run 200k per month hey uh,he went ahead and uh skills agency don't,went completely broke so he's currently,sleeping on my couch uh here in miami,but uh uh no he uh he went from zero to,six figure plus in record breaking time,and um,the first thing that we've noticed is,you know yes tick tock ads is an,incredible opportunity especially,because facebook ads just has not been,performing amazingly well i do think,that um,the people that are struggling with,facebook ads are the people that don't,know about tracking don't know about,conversion apis the fact that we're,moving into,essentially you know long story short,we're moving into a server-based,tracking instead of browser based,tracking which is great because we own,more data as a client,but um the people that are not having us,as much success with facebook ads are,the people that don't really know how to,navigate the new tracking system or the,new tracking methods uh but having said,that right i think one of the reasons,why uh there's a big argument for,techdog is simply because where the,content is heading right um you know i i,know the platform quite well i've been,able to to build up a pretty large,following uh uh in tech talk and i think,short form content is here to stay and,that is why i think tick tock ads is a,great offering because,that's really where the content is,heading right and so if you're able to,create organic um native content on that,platform i think you can have a lot of,success uh with it right um,obviously we're gonna talk about the,pros and cons but that is one pro which,is the fact that it plays to,the uh you know the sort of content that,is popping right now which is the short,form vertical content,yeah no you i think you're you're right,you hit it on the head with the,the people struggling with facebook,maybe don't understand the tracking but,also like,i think they just the ones that are,really struggling just don't understand,creatives and you're right like tick,tock the short form vertical style,that's why they came out with facebook,reels they're pushing that really hard,i think facebook is still you can still,succeed on it again it um you just gotta,have the content strategy right content,the copy the offer itself like if you,have,i think a lot of there's a lot of noise,in the space i think,um by just a lot of you know agencies,out there people that,you know maybe have worked with a client,or two and didn't see success because,again they didn't have those things,dialed in and then they just they start,screaming after oh this ship is sinking,but then there's the,you know the i won't name drop anyone,from mentorship but there's the mentees,just out there killing it because they,they do have that fundamental,understanding yeah yeah and i think that,that's that's the catch here right like,the pro is the fact that tick tock has,you know placed to the the content that,is working right now but if you're able,to,take inspiration from that content and,apply it to facebook ads facebook,inevitably has a more mature a more,seasoned platf platform right they have,more targeting methods right uh whereas,stick talk is a little bit on if on that,at least that front the media buying,front the data front is a little bit on,its um infancy right,so if you're able to take the learnings,from the content that is working on tick,tock right and apply it to facebook,that's really where you hit the nail on,the head right and that's what we've,been doing for not only our clients but,my brands as well right a lot of the the,ads that we actually like to run are,obviously vertical real ads but we also,take the Tick Tock ad testing so this is,something that comes up all the time,because this is the difference between,make and break and why so many Brands,like I say are either doing really well,on the platform or doing really bad,there's kind of no middle ground when it,comes to testing with Tick Tock ads so,mine is actually right and I run a tick,tock ad and ugc agency where we help,Brands add an extra 30 to 40 monthly,recurring Revenue with great ugc,creative and obviously Tick Tock ads,management what I'm going to run through,in this video today is exactly how you,can start to test ads with whatever your,budget is your content and start to,actually get results so we're literally,going to go through exactly how we set,it up from a processor's perspective and,I'm going to go into exactly the ad,account and show you exactly how it,looks in terms of my actual campaign and,what you do in terms of whether,something is working well whereas it's,not doing well taxi if you're looking actual the ads manager,and kind of show you how it works and,then after that we're going to kind of,break down in terms of the actual steps,in terms of when to kind of know if ads,working not and next steps on that so,before kind of going times I'm going to,break down the whole kind of structure,so what we do basically to begin with we,have our campaign set up as a testing,campaign so overall in our account we're,normally have a testing campaign we'll,have then a scaling Campaign which then,obviously will graduate testing adds two,from there and then we normally have,another a few random other campaigns,where we're doing like some Legion stuff,for Brands and some video views all that,kind of stuff as well but the main,concept terms of like getting that,quote-unquote conversion we have a,testing campaign and a skating campaign,so to help basically locks is we,basically will have these are obviously,our ad groups these are ad Concepts so,the old way of what people kind of do,and recommends they'll kind of basically,go like this I'm going to kind of show,you how to begin with how they'll kind,of do it so normally people do this,you kind of create a testing campaign,and then from then onward you'd create,your,ad group,and then from then onward you'd kind of,then test you'd go ahead and go one,to,to,and let's say free let's say,the sort of like that so then basically,would be one I'd group one,and then within the ad group one you,would have add one,add,two,add,oops,add free Okay so this kind of old way,that people kind of go about testing it,and what you'll realize is on Tick Tock,if you go and test like this what will,happen is nine times out of ten Tick,Tock will basically optimize towards one,ad only okay so if you've literally got,three different concepts three different,ad ideas what will probably happen is,add one for example we'll probably get,about eighty percent of the spend,leaving about 20 and spend at two and,add three So based on that add one might,not necessarily be getting more,conversions higher click for a rate it's,just how the platform currently,optimizes basically depending on your,audience time of day all that good,factors and all that kind of good stuff,so what Tick Tock would basically do is,they'll basically spend all the budget,on one only a few other two so if that's,the case yes add one may do well but,then how are you going to be testing at,two and add three of that you're getting,no spend to it so realistic it's just,because you're getting spend on ad one,you may then think okay add to actually,do not work and you'll kind of scrap,them ideas and you kind of back to the,drawing board so you've got to kind of,play Tick Tock at its own game kind of,like not necessarily it's kind of cheat,the system to a degree in terms of being,able to test accordingly because I would,say with a test you want to make sure,that your test is broken down so you've,got enough spend on each either to add,so you kind of know if
