get,late messages from fiverr and nobody has,ever responded to me like this all three,of them responded instantly which is a,high thumbs up for me i really like,continuity and working fast so voice over and and,small stuff like that but what i don't,like is the fact that they have only,used one single footage right they use,it i think they use this from aliexpress,they got it from the multiple different,scenarios they have different crops as,you can see it has this lady on the,stairs it has this thingy doing it has,them in the bed like checking out the,quality dancing b-rolls crosswork i,really like this crosswalk one so they,they did a lot of crops they did a,really good work they haven't used the,same footage as they did in the first,video so they have put a little bit more,effort into looking for new footage the,voiceover is good i like the fact that,listen to this,shop now they have used the voiceover,over the call to action button which is,really important you want your target,audience to hear that they can click on,the shop now button and shop your,product now also the music is better,because if you're targeting younger,people you would target them with better,music and this is better than the first,one i really like the music in this one,now there is something in this video,that i think is really bad and this,makes this ad for me a little bit below,the first one it's only one detail which,ruins all the video for me the text man,look at the text it's really bad it's,like it's made in everything is made,pretty professionally pretty nice and,and the text,it looks like it's made from paint,somebody just throws some letters in,there on a white background that's not,how you do it man so overall i think,this video is better than the first one,but on a whiteboard i would put it below,the first one only because of the text,so if i were to choose between the,cheapest one and this one i would choose,to use the cheapest one on my tick tock,ads now what i said as a rule for this,video i only gave them one chance i i,have some revisions with these guys i,can make a revision with them but that's,the main rule no revisions i take them with their media buying,strategies as well i'm an official tick,tock agency creative partner as well as,um the developer of one of the top,selling tick-tock ad courses where i,teach everything to the platform,it's filmed with an iphone selfie style,it's not produced in a studio,so,this should come to no surprise but the,best equipment to shoot your tick tock,ads on is actually the camera of your,phone um so we film 99 of our ads with,our iphone,um all vertical,so you definitely don't need to have,expensive equipment or studio to get,started making amazing tic tac ads you,just need your phone and an abundance of,creativity,now,one thing that's kind of underrated but,so important when creating tick tock ads,is your lighting so when i'm working,with creators i'm always coaching them,on how to shoot the best content which,means shooting in bright natural,lighting filming near a large window or,even outdoors,making sure not to do super drag,lighting where it's overexposed but,finding that balance between the clips,being really bright and well lit it's,going to make your product look so much,better so,that's one thing i'm looking for when,i'm vetting creators for tick tock ads,is finding girls,or men who have really great lighting in,their house and can demonstrate that,they have good lighting in their videos,here's a few other good examples of good,lighting and from the videos that we've,made as you can see it really makes such,a difference when you're shooting in,bright nice lighting,really just accentuates the product,and helps tell the story of the ad so,much better so,make sure to have good lighting in your,ads,the person slash model in your ads so,like i mentioned i have a team of over,30 content creators who i've personally,vetted found on tiktok have trained them,how to create amazing ugc,so it's really important that when you,are looking for creators to find someone,that can talk authentically to the,camera and show emotion sometimes it's,even helpful to hire actresses for your,take talk ads because they can be great,at portraying emotions you want the,voiceover to be conversational cheery,excited,not monotone you don't want it to sound,like a commercial,tick talkers can sniff out in,authenticity and they will let you know,in the tick tock comments that they,think you're being inauthentic so really,making sure that the person that's,starring the ad has a very calm nice,tone to their voice not um over scripted,or sounding fake that's what you want to,avoid you want it to sound supernatural,just as if your friend was telling you,about their favorite product,transitions so it wouldn't be a tick,tock ad without incorporating some,transitions in there it's super fun eye,catching makes it look super native to,the platform this is especially great,for apparel brands where you can show a,variety of different styles,and try on hauls showing different,colors options you have so i always,recommend to brands play with,transitions to make their tick tock ads,look,super native,here's a few more transition examples so,you can snap to change the outfit as you,can see in the mask one,in the second ad you can see she's,covering the camera to change clothes,so um zooming in and zoom out to change,the color,so definitely play with transitions to,help improve,the performance of your tiktok ads,so now i'm going to tick,tock,just follow a bunch of people in your,market in industry and,because of that tick tock will start to,see what it is that you like,and they'll try to serve you more of the,stuff based on what they think you like,one thing that i realized made it good,is that it gives us,a framework to see what,is converting and what works and you,will see,that on tick tock there are a lot of,people in serious markets,plastic surgeons chiropractors,that is crushing it on tick-tock not by,doing,stupid dance moves but by creating,content,that is relevant to their market but,my my goal for you guys here is to help,you,walk away from today's session with,one great ad utilizing the framework,that i'm literally using right now based,on,like literally how i spent my day today,okay so choose your character is where,you know it's got a lot of different,themes to it it could be like different,different bartenders different work from,home moms,different ways to wear your mask but the,theme of it,and based on the song it sounds like you,know choose your character so,the market that i'm in it's like you,know choose your marketing guru right,choose your,the style that that resonates with video is gonna be posted on,facebook when people are scrolling,this is what stops the school this is a,great scroll stopper,but on its own it's not gonna make money,so how can it make money it can make,money,if we can link it with the offer well so,how can we,link this to the offer by having a story,so imagine if somebody is scrolling on,facebook,and they're scrolling scrolling,scrolling and all of a sudden they see,that ad,which is this 15 second choose your guru,video so,it's a great pattern interrupt they're,watching this video,they're engaged but it doesn't mean,anything so now what i need to do next,is to think about what's the right up,and what's the story that connects to,this hook,so for example if the hook is having,different type of gurus,the story would be ultimately there are,a lot of different,teachers and gurus and marketers out,there with different personality types,and you gotta find a method that,resonates with who you are your,personality,and double down on that okay so so that,could be the story,right we all have our own unique way,that could be polarizing,that could be eccentric that could be,weird that could be funny,so that's a story right many so  ,it's a monumental opportunity for people and  businesses to sell their products on the platform  ,how many times have you spoken to someone they've  said ah i found that product on tick tock it's  ,happening a lot these days so let's jump on to how  you can actually make the most of that so this is  ,the tick tock ad structure so at the top we have  tick tocks ad manager then we have ad campaigns  ,we have ad groups we have ad creative and then  landing pages to break these down one by one tick  ,doc ads manager is where you manage your ticktock  advertising account similar to the facebook  ,ad manager now a ad campaign is the foundation  of your ad so we're setting up our advertising  ,objectives and formats we then have ad group which  is target audiences ad placements budget and the  ,bidding then we have the ad creative which is  the text and the video that will appear on our  ,apps what we're physically seeing then finally our  landing page and this is the destination url that  ,we are driving our potential customers too this  is the place where they will actually buy our  ,products or service so when you actually have your  tick tock ad account up and running this is kind  ,of what the format will look like we have our ad  manager at the top we have campaigns beneath that  ,then inside an ad campaign we would have multiple  ad groups so we'll be testing out
