profit,somewhere around there like come on bro,four days and he's never ran ads and he,just started so this is another friend,of mine that's been running ads um he,kind of has more experience so you could,see the growth but so he started back in,uh february 18th so he started 30 bucks,right here's the growth and check this,out,bam bam bam bam so right now he made,today he made 4.1 k this is again sunday,um,and i mean march 1st he made 200 so he,went from 200 to 4 grand guys and like i,mean he knew the ads world a little bit,more than the other person but this is,just stupid it's stupid all i could say,here let me show you somebody that i,showed how to run it and he ran it today,okay so here's my other buddy i,literally showed him how to do this,yesterday,um so this is sunday right,let me show you this so all right,saturday he launched the ads,and um,look at this,65,never ran as before it's gonna be split,into seven sections let's hit section,one is first we need to do is create a,tick tock ads account now i'm gonna do,it here,you can speed up this part if you,already know how to do it but i'm gonna,walk through everything because i wanna,show you how easy it is to start again,enter some basic information business,name you could kind of enter whatever,you can enter your name you know,again it doesn't matter you could just,do whatever just do other um do your,time zone and then you enter your phone,number,all right now you're going to be here,then ask you some basic information just,be like,running ads for,um,affiliate,um so they're going to want you to do,so you could set up the payment later,i guess you can't so pretty much enter,your,address here,okay agency again this stuff doesn't,really matter all right now when you're,here it's telling you to create an ad,that away but we don't want to do that,we created we want to create a pixel so,on to section two of the video,all right so section two is creating a,pixel what a pixel is it pretty much,tracks when somebody converts,and it tells tik tok hey the person that,clicked this ad converted right you know,submitted the form and so now tick tock,understands you know which ad had a,conversion that way you know which ad,works best so in simplified terms so,we're going to go to assets and then hit,events,and then web events manage,and then create pixel,so this is going to be a little bit more,technical so i want you guys to follow,closely um but again it's still pretty,simple so select tick tock pixel next,um,you want to do manual install code now,we can do you know,sam's pixel,next,next you wanna do standard mode,create,all right,so copying the pixel code we'll get to,this later in another section so right,now we just want to create the pixel,right,so,you know we'll have advanced matching,so verify,you can kind of skip this step so just,honestly just enter something random,again we'll kind of get back to this,step,we'll make more sense down the road so,right now we just want to set up heavily reliant on facebook because it's such an ,incredible marketing tool but lots of people are
getting heaps of success with the new entertaining ,nature of tick tock ads so it might be perfect
for your brand this video is perfect for beginners ,we're not going to skip any steps but i'm also
going to go into some advanced things around ,content because that is so important to make sure
that you make tick tock ads work the first step ,you're going to want to do is set up your shopify
store if you haven't set up your shopify store ,just pause the video click the link in my bio and
set it up now we've got one set up through our ,lemon scrub series so it's got most of the things
ready we're just going to make sure that we set up ,tiktok properly so the pixel is firing once you're
in shopify the best way to go is go into apps and ,just write in tiktok simply download the official
tiktok app and click add sales channel this is the ,exact same as facebook nowadays this will bring
up this little tick tock section down on the left ,hand store of your shopify store if you don't have
shopify still carry on watching we're going to get ,into the nitty gritty in a second once this is set
up we can click this section here setting up the ,pixel the next step you can see that it's saying
connect tick tock for business this is where you ,need a new tick tock account already have a tick
tock business account you can just click connect ,but today we're gonna have to create a brand new
one so i'm just gonna click create new at the top ,enter my email address get the verification code
sent into the verification code here agree to ,terms and conditions and just click sign up you
can click connect down the bottom right and that's ,now created an ads manager business manager under
that email we can click create new ad account and ,we can select the country and the currency that we
want to be built in this is generally the region ,that you want to be targeting change the business
name to something a little bit simpler click sign ,up and connect you'll come to this data sharing
section which we've touched on a few times in my ,previous episodes just click enhanced or maximum
providing you've got the terms and conditions set ,up for something and then click confirm maximum
is obviously preferred this is how shopify shares ,data with ticktock this is referred to as capi
which is a partnership between shopify and the ,advertising platform click set up enter your final
details make sure you connect automatic payment ,click confirm and you should be ready to go now
to create tick-tock ads we're actually going to ,have to go back to the tick-tock ads manager so
we can go ads.tichtalk.com you can see that our ,ad account has already been created to make sure
that we do have the pixel set up properly what i ,do recommend is going to your website and just
like facebook there's something called tic toc ,pixel helper and it's a chrome extension that you
can download and check if your pixel is firing ,on your website if it's not you may need to go
and fix that initially just download the chrome ,extension and you can see that our tick tock pixel
is set up here shopify set it up for us and it ,should be firing this is a page view because we're
on a page when you add a product to cart it should ,fire the add to cart pixel or if someone purchases
you can test a purchase and it will also fire that ,pixel in the exact right way so now we're in
the tiktok ads account we can go ahead and ,create our first campaign campaign structures
are really important to talk about it's what ,separates good advertisers from bad advertisers
that alongside really effective marketing content ,the basic structure is you have a campaign which
is what objective you are striving for if you've ,got something like a real estate business
it might be leads you're trying to collect ,leads but we've got a e-commerce business
so we want to get purchases then you've ,got the ad set level which is basically the
targeting that you're setting up to complete ,that campaign objective then finally you've got
your ads that live within each of those ad sets ,these ads are different creative types that

okay tiktok has 1.1 billion active users worldwide ,with 90 of users using the app multiple times per
day so we can get ourselves in front of our ideal ,customer multiple times a day on average now as
of january 2021 tick tock raked in 128 million in ,user spending marking an increase of 380 from its
january 2020 revenue so it's growing year on year ,almost 4x in user revenue now take top ranks
as the second biggest app in consumer spend ,above youtube disney plus and netflix this
is probably the uh the biggest stat on this ,screen ranking above youtube and netflix in
consumer spend is absolutely ridiculous so ,it's a monumental opportunity for people and
businesses to sell their products on the platform ,how many times have you spoken to someone they've
said ah i found that product on tick tock it's ,happening a lot these days so let's jump on to how
you can actually make the most of that so this is ,the tick tock ad structure so at the top we have
tick tocks ad manager then we have ad campaigns ,we have ad groups we have ad creative and then
landing pages to break these down one by one tick ,doc ads manager is where you manage your ticktock
advertising account similar to the facebook ,ad manager now a ad campaign is the foundation
of your ad so we're setting up our advertising ,objectives and formats we then have ad group which
is target audiences ad placements budget and the ,bidding then we have the ad creative which is
the text and the video that will appear on our ,apps what we're physically seeing then finally our
landing page and this is the destination url that ,we are driving our potential customers too this
is the place where they will actually buy our ,products or service so when you actually have your
tick tock ad account up and running this is kind ,of what the format will look like we have our ad
manager at the top we have campaigns beneath that ,then inside an ad campaign we would have multiple
ad groups so we'll be testing out multiple ,audiences and inside those audiences we may even
be testing out multiple different ad creatives ,as well so what are the actual creative the the
creative formats that we can use on tick tock well ,we have top view on the left hand side here which
is like a full-size video which shows up when we ,launch the app we don't have brand tank takeover
now these are the most expensive tic toc ads and ,very large brands use these and again these come
up right at the start of launching the app and it ,takes over the entire screen then have in feed ads
this is what we're going to be going through today ,and what most businesses are actually using
to generate the most revenue from tick tock ,we have branded hashtag challenges so if we

video you will see a,lot of organic stuff of course but the,first ad took me about I think 10 to 15,swipes what happened then every 10,videos you get an ad so this was the,first ad I got targeted with it is a,retargeting ad from affiliate world,which is nice because it appears that,the targeting is working well I'll take,talk I have clicked on this offer before,I've been to affiliate world in December,this is for Barcelona and Real ID 2020,so the targeting is working well where,she taking me it's taking me to a page,where I can buy a ticket an early bird,tickets for affiliate world I went back,and kept scrolling and you see I just,swipe swipe swipe every time it takes,about one second to load the actual page,and then we just keep swiping we see a,lot of random stuff a lot of funny stuff,sometimes a little bit weird stuff but,all in all here we have the second end,this is how to learn a language so first,we went to an e-commerce sales page for,affiliate world and this is a app,install which takes you directly to the,app store if you want to go back you,need to basically exit the exo app store,go back to Tic Tac and in app install so,actually app installs not in app but app,installs are actually quite interesting,feature here this is another app,installed where you see the call to,action is install now here I'm showing,you the entire ad well half of it,apparently but later on in the video I,will show you the full and so we've seen,two,install so far and one event ecommerce,offer again we're being hit with an app,install this time for a game usually,with these app installed games what,happens is that you get in app purchases,and that's how they make the money base,and KPIs for the affiliate offer how,many times people log in they reach,certain levels all these kind of things,and of course it's quite interesting,having these kind of offers being,heavily promoted right now because out,of the four offers we've seen so far 3,or app installs and now we have another,one best iPhone video editor we have,video which is quite nice actually,decide also again for an app install got,another bunch of random videos for,dancing people doing funny stuff and,this was quite a weird app because it,didn't have music and it has more,customers through video contact us it,takes you to a submission form which is,quite weird I've seen the ad dozens of,times a day,however doubt is working very well the,graphics also not that good this is a,really nice one it's like a travel app,which is goes directly to the booking,it's kind of like booking calm they have,nice features and this is the kind of ad,I like to see on a platform like this,has a strong call to action nicely,engaging like the platform is based on,the videos which are being presented a,bunch of random videos again and then we,go to another treatment booking.com,style which called treat well again good,video ad shows you the displace on how,you actually browse the platform and,then the call-to-action to purchase or,at least go off dick talk which only,takes about 6 seconds the ad quite,interesting because some of the ads are,actually 5 seconds some of them are 25,seconds this is one of the internet,marketing copies I got retargeted with,because I clicked on this book and this,is like you don't want to miss out on a,Christmas special get the book for free,free traffic and funnels yeah free plus,shipping book basically and this ad was,super long so I decided to watch I think,almost the entire clip it was around,3045 seconds maybe even,and the guy top talks like how you would,like to see e-commerce ad I don't like,the overdramatic promos however the,interesting part is here that they allow,the promotion of free plus shipping,products where in this specific scenario,is an e-book a book actually a hardcover,book so compared to my previous video,where I talked about how to make money,on tic toc where I showed you the,different products being run right now,based on what I've seen in the last,month right now you see that platform,developing so fast they already are,allowing new products this being their,own product not an affiliate offer Dell,got a in this video i'm going to be taking you,step by step on exactly how i went from,knowing nothing about tick tock ads to,making over a thousand dollars per day,with them in just under a week what's,going on everybody tanner here with,another video i hope you're all having,an amazing and productive day so far in,this video i'm going to be taking you,step by step on exactly how to set up,tick tock ads how to get up to 2 300 and,free ad spend and what i wish i knew,before i actually started running ads on,this platform and if you're looking to,get into e-commerce or at least expand,on what you're already doing during this,holiday season i highly highly suggest,you apply for my advertising agency,where we find products for you and we,test and scale them on facebook all you,got to do is click the top link in the,description and i'll see you there now i,know a lot of people have tended to stay,away from the tick tock ad platform,since it became public but i would,highly suggest you not do that because,it's an untapped platform you know maybe,you're thinking,my products not going to work on here my,product's too expensive or i just don't,want to learn a new platform but the,reality of it is that there's a lot of,money to be made on this platform and,even if you think you may be confused by,the ads platform itself i'm going to,show you how to navigate through it what,everything means and how to actually get,your first ads up i promise you it's not,as complicated as it seems but i want,you to know that you shouldn't be,opposed to not running tick tock ads,just because of the product that you're,selling it doesn't matter if it's for,older people if it's something higher,ticket it really does not matter there's,so many people on tick tock and a lot of,people aren't really running ads,compared to facebook so you should take,advantage of it while you can especially,while you can get up to twenty three,hundred dollars and free ad spend so,what they're doing right now because of,covet is once you set up your ad account,verify your business manager they're,gonna go ahead and give you 300 in free,ad credits and then after that you're,gonna be able to get an additional two,thousand dollars in free ad spend,because the way that tick tock ads works,for billing you have to add from a card,to your balance on tick tock so let's,say you put in a thousand dollars,they're gonna match that and put two,thousand dollars in your ad spend,balance and you can run ads with all,those funds so even if you're just,getting into e-commerce and you just,wanna save money or at least get more,bang for your buck i highly suggest you,take advantage of this while they're,still offering it and one last thing,here that i wish i knew before i,actually launched tick tock ads is to,not expect things to move super quick um,you know the ads that you actually,launch are manually reviewed i learned,from an ad rep that i've been working,with so it's not like an automated,system like facebook when you submit,your ads to run those have to get,manually reviewed by a person so there's,really two negative sides of this one,it's going to take longer to get,approved and two they're going to be,more strict and i notice that my ads get,approved somewhat based on the person,because sometimes something will get,approved and then someone else will,review that same ad if i put it in,another ad set or add group as tick tock,calls it and it'll get declined for one,specific reason but the process is,pretty easy where you can fix it so,we're gonna get into the actual ads,manager in one minute i'm gonna show you,how to set everything up but what you,need to do first before you can actually,run ads is make sure your pixel is set,up so if you're using shopify it's super,super easy just go to the app store type,in tick tock it's going to be a little,plug-in and then you'll go through there,check some marks and then you're good to,go it's going to automatically install,the pixel you don't have to do anything,manual and then all you have to do after,that is get the tick top pixel helper so,what that's going to be able to do is,you're going to be able to go on your,website look at that pixel helper and,make sure that your pixel is active and,if you're not seeing it just make sure,your ad blocker is disabled that's most,likely the reason and just go through,click add to cart go to your checkout,just make sure everything's firing,correctly and then once you do that,you're good to go so let's go ahead set,up some ads so this is what it actually,looks like on the tick tock ads manager,so it's actually very very similar to,facebook there's a few things that are,different but in the grand scheme of,things they're very very similar so when,you're creating a new campaign this is,what it's going to look like and now for,me i haven't really messed with these,other objectives i've always just gone,directly for conversions i'm going to,leave it how it is right now and go to,continue so now we're

i've spent over 12 million dollars on,facebook ads and now four and a half,million dollars on tick tock ads running,ads for e-commerce stores some drop,shipping some not and in fact i'm about,to give you the highlighted version of,what i did to scale this e-commerce,store to over 160 thousand dollars in,the very first 30 days using only tick,tock so get ready because this is,everything you need and i'm going to,give you three of the biggest mistakes,that i see people making right now we,have one of the most successful,trainings on tick tock ads you can find,that in the second link in the,description it's called the tick tock,blueprint we also have an epic group of,ecommerce ninjas that absolutely crush,it and you can network with them ask,your questions through the link down,below so make sure to smash a like down,below and let's look at an example take,a look at this app called rocket money,they're running an ad they have 27 000,likes on this ad they also have 250,comments that makes me want to interact,it makes me think wait a minute other,people like this i might like this too,that's basic human psychology when it,comes to consumer purchasing now i may,be an idiot but there is one thing i am,not sure and that sir is an idiot now,let's compare that to sandy ecom again,no hate against these i've never seen,these these just popped up before no,comments 300 likes that's brand new it,looks like they just launched this they,probably spent a few hundred dollars,behind it and they're talking about,buying a business for as little as,twenty thousand dollars i don't feel,comfortable making a big investment just,initially i'm not even interested,because i don't see a lot of social,proof so first and most important thing,on tick tock you need to be running what,is called a spark ad this is very easy,to set up you can go into the tick tock,help center look up spark posts and,you're going to see exactly how to get,the id it's in your settings on your,tick tock ad account and this is a step,that a lot of people don't take in,e-commerce instead of uploading the,videos directly into your ads manager,post it on a tick tock account for your,ecommerce store you can not only get a,bunch of organic engagement that way but,you go in and you enable the post id and,that allows you to run ads directly to,it and you just put that id in as a,spark ad when you're launching your ads,now you might say well why exactly would,i want to do this it's really simple all,of the engagement is funneled to that,one video just like using an existing,post over on facebook everything is in,one spot so instead of duplicating your,ads and running five different audiences,and every time it's to a new video,technically all of the likes all of the,comments go to one video in fact i had a,video with 20 million views and it had,so many tens of thousands of comments,when i stopped running ads for that,product and i turned that ad off it was,still making thousands of dollars a day,that is why you want to do it now you,might be asking why are we talking about,spark ads i don't even have an ad in,fact i don't even have a product let's,talk about both those things really fast,two things to consider when you're doing,your product research number one think,about your selling price my bare minimum,to be profitable on tick tock is forty,dollars really i need to be about a,forty five dollar aov that stands for,average order value so if i'm selling a,product for 35 i need to sell some other,products with it to get my average into,the 40s that's the only way i can be,profitable on tick tock long term when,i'm scaling aggressively using the,strategies that you can find linked in,the description below so you don't want,to sell something for 15 it'll be really,difficult the second thing there is,keeping in mind your average demographic,tick tock's strongest audience is,everybody under 44 years old when you,get to that 45 plus age range there's,still people there but it drops off and,in fact one of my largest my absolute,largest ecommerce brands i was running,for three and a half years did over 15,million dollars in sales it was the most,boring product in the orthopedic space,not sexy at all however the avatar for,our customer was a 53 year old male from,the us that was not the ideal person for,us to reach on tick tock hence why both,times when i tried it it didn't work,very well the reason i share that with,you it's so crucial to find the right,product and pair it with the right,platform that product crushes it all day,long on facebook still does but it,doesn't work on tick tock it just,doesn't so you have to make sure you're,using the right platform for your,product oh and another bonus tip i would,not select 13 to 17 years old when,you're running your ads that age range,seems to spend about 15 percent of your,budget it doesn't track any results,because the privacy laws but after,extensive testing with about two hello everyone it's chase chapel here,and i'm going to be showing you exactly,how to recognize if your campaign is,performing or not on tick tock how to,set up a campaign and how to do it if,you have a low budget for testing so by,the end of this video not only will you,be able to learn how to set up tick tock,ads for 100 or less per day but be able,to truly understand exactly what,strategy works how to get actual,conversions from the get go and be able,to successfully identify winning,creative styles that actually convert so,without wasting any time today let's get,into the training,so with tick-tock ads during the testing,phase if you have under a hundred,dollars per day as a testing budget we,like to actually test three to five,audiences at most so that way you can,truly understand and identify if your,actual ads are going to convert and not,only that we like to actually have only,one or two tick-tock ad creatives for,those campaigns so that way they can,optimize effectively and distribute,budget to one or the other ads that are,actually converting better that way you,don't have to spend a lot of money,trying to figure everything out and you,can have earlier success without having,to spend a lot of money and in fact we,literally do this so many times that,most of our clients actually launch,their campaigns and start seeing,immediate results and in fact right here,what we're looking at is,a few audiences here and literally,within launching this campaign on the,26th within three days this campaign had,already gotten 19 conversions and was,averaging a 2.28 x row s now while that,roads might not sound a lot to you but,this is literally within three days of,launch on tick tock ads getting 19,conversions for less than 100 dollars,per day and immediately it was already,roi positive and very profitable and in,fact once we actually optimize this,campaign over time we're going to be,able to raise that overall return and ad,spend to a three to four to five x roads,and be able to get really consistent,results at scale so we're actually,creating our own budget for ourselves,through this campaign and you can see,here we have audience breakdowns where,we're using an actual open audience,which is just a wide open audience with,no actual targeting and we're allowing,the tiktok algorithm to identify who to,go after for us and then we have other,audiences that we're more specific and,actually guiding the algorithm by giving,it a little bit of data that i can test,with that way it can optimize and get,efficient results and we do that with,interest hashtag audiences where we're,targeting specific hashtags around,videos people are watching on tick tock,and then we have actual interest,categories where that could be you know,actual brands like target or walmart,where we're targeting actual retail,stores where you know other similar,products are located,and then we have another open audience,which is you know actually in a,different country and then we have,interest in hashtag audiences once again,so i'm gonna go ahead and break this,down for you so you can see exactly how,to get results because literally within,launch of this campaign we're paying,less than you know 20 cents an actual,click we're getting cpms for around two,dollars around a cpm and even launching,these actual campaigns and being able to,get conversions within the first three,days so let's actually go through how to,set this up so that way you can launch,this campaign for yourself all right,we're in a brand new ads manager and,what we're gonna do is we're gonna hit,create,and this is actually how you set up the,actual testing campaign and what you're,going to do is you're going to actually,choose conversions if you're optimizing,for purchases if you have an e-commerce,store if you set up the actual tick tock,pixel you're going to want to optimize,for ultimate conversion objective and if,that is purchases then you're going to,want to optimize for purchases so let's,go ahead and name our campaign and we,can name it conversions testing and this,is the conversions testing campaign,where you can literally spend less than,100 per day and start making your money,back immediately that way you can,recycle that cash to actually grow your,overall results and achieve success so,once we have our campaign here what,we're going to do is we're going to,choose placements we're going to choose,tick tock specifically because that's,what our video is optimizing for and,that's where the actual attention is,we're going to choose our location in,our case it's going to be united states,and we have an age limit 18 plus for us,so we're going to choose that age range,so what we're actually going to do is,we're going to choose a specific,audience in the interest initially,we're going to start with going after,the clothing space,men's clothing and then what we're going,to do is we're going to find another,audience in here it could be apparel,pair on clothing,we can choose streetwear where
