128 million in  ,user spending marking an increase of 380 from its  january 2020 revenue so it's growing year on year  ,almost 4x in user revenue now take top ranks  as the second biggest app in consumer spend  ,above youtube disney plus and netflix this  is probably the uh the biggest stat on this  ,screen ranking above youtube and netflix in  consumer spend is absolutely ridiculous so  ,it's a monumental opportunity for people and  businesses to sell their products on the platform  ,how many times have you spoken to someone they've  said ah i found that product on tick tock it's  ,happening a lot these days so let's jump on to how  you can actually make the most of that so this is  ,the tick tock ad structure so at the top we have  tick tocks ad manager then we have ad campaigns  ,we have ad groups we have ad creative and then  landing pages to break these down one by one tick  ,doc ads manager is where you manage your ticktock  advertising account similar to the facebook  ,ad manager now a ad campaign is the foundation  of your ad so we're setting up our advertising  ,objectives and formats we then have ad group which  is target audiences ad placements budget and the  ,bidding then we have the ad creative which is  the text and the video that will appear on our  ,apps what we're physically seeing then finally our  landing page and this is the destination url that  ,we are driving our potential customers too this  is the place where they will actually buy our  ,products or service so when you actually have your  tick tock ad account up and running this is kind  ,of what the format will look like we have our ad  manager at the top we have campaigns beneath that  ,then inside an ad campaign we would have multiple  ad groups so we'll be testing out actually,paid 50 for it on app work i found one,person who were was basically creating,those accounts and after he created that,account he didn't even needed my,telephone number or he didn't need us,telephone number for to create my,account so,that was pretty interesting to me,because most of gurus on youtube tell,you that you need to have us-based,telephone number and all those different,things to be able to create your account,all i needed to do is to have a vpn and,change my ip to us,and then,basically,go ahead with an email i had and i used,my uk uh telephone number and that,seemed to do the trick so,we're in my computer right now like i,said all you need is vpn and email,address that have not been used with,tiktok yet so,when it comes to vpn i'm using nordvpn,and fun fact you only need it when,creating an account now,after i create the account i've never,used this vpn to login into my account i,logged in from my normal usual,ip address from my internet provider and,i never had any issues so,even if you have to buy a paid version,of nordvpn i think it will cost you,under 10 dollars per month and you only,really need it once you don't need to,keep this subscription to keep logging,into your account so that's what i did,vpn is nord,vpn i'm connected to united states right,now so go ahead and create a new account,so what you need to do is to go to,ticktalk.com forward slash business it,will redirect you to us,page,but you have to have vpn,active and then basically click click on,create new account so this will take you,to a form that you need to fill out with,your details,and again make sure that you have an,email address that have not been used,with tick tock yet,okay so we're on the sign up page so,what you need to do is to just use your,email 123,gmail.com and then from here obviously,choose your password,and then click on send code and this,will send a verification code to this,email address that you have provided so,let's see,all right there's one more step the,verification to see if you're not a,robot,and that's it so let's go ahead,move on to my email and see if we will,received,email from tiktok there it is,go back with Q4 coming up there's really never,been a better time to start Drop,Shipping I know on my channel I usually,talk about organic ways to Market your,drop shipping stores at a zero dollar,marketing cost so essentially you are,adding so much profit and margin to your,store but I constantly get questions,about paid marketing specifically with,Tick Tock ads and with Q4 being here,right now I mean we've been in it for,almost a month but specifically Black,Friday and holiday season it's a very,different landscape than the other nine,months of the year and the main reason,for this is a lot more people are,spending money right now I mean big big,companies are just unloading their,entire marketing budget for this last,month of December because they need to,spend everything they didn't let alone,people already planning for the month of,December and already Black Friday which,has passed but a lot more people a lot,more money are in the actual paid,marketing space during this time frame,and for dropshippers you're gonna start,noticing higher cpms higher cpcs,um it's just gonna be a little bit more,expensive and that's why it can be,intimidating because the other nine,months you might be looking at certain,metrics for your ads and then you start,seeing them especially around December,and they're a little bit more inflated,you might be spending two times more per,CPA it definitely can get intimidating,is my whole point and so I want to show,you guys a very simple December Q4,strategy end of the year that you can do,with Tick Tock ads now again like I said,I normally discuss organic Tick Tock,marketing but paid ads is another great,alternative for marketing especially,after you've gone through organic and,you might have some more cash saved up,so let's go ahead Dive In To The Tick,Tock ads manager show you guys my,strategy that I would do for the month,of December and what I'm currently doing,on my stores alright guys so here we are,in The Tick Tock ads manager so right,now I mean you're normally on the,dashboard I'm in the campaign area we're,gonna go ahead and create a campaign now,starting with the most Basics here um,the first advertising objective and this,is like I'm running it through how I,start my campaigns now I do want to say,real quickly a little bit more advanced,marketers with Tick Tock uh might,actually do this strategy through,multiple campaigns but if you're just,starting out if this is your first time,launching Tick Tock ads I recommend,start with one campaign and just get,really good at managing ad groups in,there because then once you become,really good with that you'll be able to,start managing multiple campaigns and,even multiple ad Accounts at the same,time but right now if this is your first,time I really recommend just focus on,one campaign and build from there do not,worry about doing this you know in five,campaigns running at the same time it,can get complicated so advertising,objective right here means pretty simple,we're gonna do website conversions,campaign name doesn't really matter um,you can just name it your website title,and then on top of that you can maybe,put the date I like doing the date when,I start the actual campaign just so if I,am running multiple campaigns I can see,which date I started it just to give me,myself a general landscape it helps with,organizing none of this really matters,the only other thing that really matters,on this page is going to be the website,conversions and then right here your,very first Campaign which will be a,campaign budget optimization AKA CBO now,there is a a budget right here now you,do have to spend at least fifty dollars,when you are running cbos I will say for,people concerned uh at least when I,start a brand new ad account and do this,I actually don't spend the full fifty,dollars it'll spend anywhere between,like 35 and like 45 that first day,um but just do be aware that but be,aware to spend 50 bucks you probably,just act like that 50 bucks you're,spending so if you go ahead and continue,on to there the next thing ad group name,this doesn't really matter right now,um just because unless you're sorting by,interest which we are not doing I would,normally type like my interest if I was,targeting on ad group names but again,like I said uh with this since we're,just doing very broad audience here you,don't really need to sort the address by,anything specific now the next thing on,this page is going to say external,website Tick Tock instant we're gonna do,an external website and this right here,Tick Tock pixel is extremely important,if you guys aren't familiar how to get,go ahead and get a tick tock pixel on,your Shopify store it's extremely simple,um you're just going to want to go relaunch again,and find success what's poppin youtube,welcome back to the channel my name is,nathan and i'm a 21 year old ecommerce,entrepreneur just before we jump into,this here i do want to of money on their,platform and achieve great results and,in doing so you'll keep coming back and,you'll keep spending and if you're not,set up properly you won't get any,results thus they don't want you to keep,spending because then you're just gonna,leave the platform now with agency,accounts or accounts that i've already,spent thousands of dollars on i,typically never have this issue because,tick tock knows that i know what i'm,doing and they give me free rein to go,ahead and spend my money how i want it,we'll touch on agency accounts just a,bit later the issue of your ads not,spending typically happens on a brand,new tick tock account that hasn't,achieved any spend or results yet so yes,you're probably thinking this is all,common sense and you're probably already,wondering what you can do to set,yourself up for success and not have,this problem upon launch and here's how,you do it so much like facebook tick,tock actually has a learning phase as,well and to exit this learning phase on,a conversion campaign you have to show,tick tock that your campaign can,generate at least 50 conversions within,one week or seven days but for tick tock,to even want to spend your budget they,have to first believe that you can,actually achieve those results and hit,those metrics to exit the learning phase,and if they're not spending any of your,budget it's because they don't believe,that you can do so i'm sorry it's not,going to happen so what you need to do,first obviously if you believe that your,campaign's going to be successful is you,need to show them that you can hit those,conversion metrics on a lesser event so,what you need to do to show them that,you can actually exit the learning phase,and hit those conversion metrics is you,need to choose an easier objective first,like page views or add to carts now the,proven strategy that has worked for me,about eighty percent of the time has,simply been opening up a brand new,traffic campaign and just spending,twenty dollars on it for the following,day after you've done this the next step,is to simply go to sleep and watch your,ad account burn through twenty dollars,the next day with likely no results but,don't worry your account is still,gathering very much important data that,it can later use and it's also getting,you ready to launch that conversion,campaign the complete payment objective,which is obviously what you're looking,for now like i said this will fix your,account spending issues about eighty,percent of the time if your account,still isn't spending and yes this has,happened to me as well then again spend,another 20 the next day but this time,the conversion objective set it to add,to cart and repeat that same process,every single day just getting closer and,closer to the event you desired which in,this case is complete payment if none of,that worked for you the next alternative,that's easiest and most likely to work,is to simply open up a brand new my,favorite ways of scaling after millions,of dollars in ad spend and managing,hundreds of different ad accounts so,let's get through the nitty-gritty so to,set up Tick Tock it's fairly simple all,you have to do is go to the Shopify App,Store look up Tick Tock and then once,you install it it will show up as a,sales channel so you click on sales,Channel then Tick Tock and really when,you're going to the setup process it's,pretty simple it asks you to create a,new business so you either log into an,account that you already made if you,already have an agency account which if,you are interested in getting an agency,account where you can Target every,single country in the world compared to,a ad account that might just be specific,for your country that you're from then,you can actually click the link down,below and get an agency account for,three percent of your ad spend I mean as,you can see Daddy Ethan's been reaching,in the cookie jar for these ad accounts,I mean I got like one two maybe 130 of,them so really it's a great deal,especially three percent ad spend most,agency accounts will cost you at least a,thousand to two thousand dollars so if,you're interested link is in the bio but,after you get your agency account set up,or your normal account if you're a noob,then you can just log into it pretty,simply now for me since I'm already,logged into Tick Tock ads there is a,chance it'll just ask you to connect,which is they're going to be the best,option for you now after this it's going,to ask you to connect an ad account to,this Shopify store so you can go with,two different options a you create the,new ads manager or if you already have,that ads manager ready to go then you,just connect the one that is your agency,account so for me I might just do this,Alto one let's say that's the agency,account that I have made so we just,click connect pretty easy to go and the,next thing would be your pixel you,always want to do maximum get the,broadest audience going on and then for,Pixel I usually like to create a new,pixel when I start a new business so,just like that we will click on confirm,and honestly even having a pixel in your,store there's a lot of contention around,that so we'll get into that a little bit,later but that is how you set things up,in Shopify now the next thing I would,recommend setting up before you launch,your campaign is having those columns,you need to have your numbers ready to,go on what you're going to analyze now,you don't need to have all these,analytics this is just personally what I,like to have so first off I always like,to do what's my total cost how much am I,spending then my CPM that's just really,a good gauge for me to see okay are we,spending in the right places because if,my CPM is above a certain number,typically above 10 to 20 dollars I,usually think all right I need to go,broader here maybe try out some,different locations maybe that could be,what it is I'm just doing United States,and my cpm's 30. so let me try the big,four countries and see if that lowers,next things are pretty self-explanatory,so how many clicks am I getting now the,total view content the reason why I have,this I know most people don't is because,I can see from the amount of people that,clicked let's say a hundred people click,on my ad I want to make sure I'm as,close as 100 view contents as possible,to the clicks because I know if a,hundred people click my ad and let's say,only 80 of them actually view content,which is viewing your product page I,know I have a speed score issues so it's,a nice little gut check to see all right,is my website converting well so that's,personally why I like to have it you may,not have it it's up to you now the next,thing CPC pretty self-explanatory CPC,CTR these are both for my ads so for CPC,I tend to aim on 50 cents or lower,honestly because cpms are a little bit,higher now on Tick Tock I would say,anything under a dollar is pretty decent,but the most important thing is always,are your ads profitable so
