first ad that we're gonna look at is,a scam it's not really dangerous unless,you're a wallet because then it's,dangerous because you're wasting mine,anyway let's just take a look,so I swap out the music for this because,it's playing alan Walker's faded which,is emotional it's supposed to get you,into the emotional tone for this video,it's like you know think about the stars,and be all emotional and how beautiful,it is you know it's all part of the scam,to kind of like turn you in to want to,buy this product,so basically you get the gist of it it's,for one of those light projector things,that supposed to put like a starry you,know spectrum are what I don't know the,word for it basically it makes your,darkroom pretty and looking like the,solar system and I mean that's pretty,cool I mean who wouldn't want that,the only problem is if we take a look at,the comments which I'm about to do we,notice that it's a scan,imagine expecting this to be as cool as,advertised was seriously about to buy,this glad I read the comments first,thanks guys you would think that an,advertiser who's clearly making a scam,would turn off their comments but,clearly they're dumb enough to not do so,or maybe tik-tok actually has some,policies meant to protect consumers but,you never know because this is probably,just some drop shipped crap you know all,those people are like they're just drop,shipping some crap from China and you,know tick doctors news they haven't been,running ads forever they haven't dealt,with all the scams right so their,marketing department probably isn't like,you know what we should screen these ads,that are coming in because they might,not be trustworthy yeah you know and,like if you want to run any ads on,tick-tock the minimum amount you have to,spend is $500 right so tick-tock is more,about making that numb that money than,they are about protecting their,consumers which sucks,I mean chick talk fix your stuff you,have so many impressionable stupid kids,are no smart in the last 90 days i've spent over 600,000,on tick tock ads with our clients and,every day we're migrating more and more,budget over from facebook to tick tock,and in today's video i'm going to be,covering the top five ways you can learn,from the lessons that i have after,spending six hundred thousand dollars on,tick tock ads,hello everyone my name is chase chapel,your favorite digital marketer here,let's get into this video so these are,the lessons from spending 600 000,dollars in tick tock ads and i would,have been far better off if i had,already learned these lessons in advance,or had somebody to really guide me,through the process of understanding,what it is that make tick tock ads,convert how to structure the audiences,and all of the learnings that we've had,from other platforms to be able to be,successful on tick tock ads and that's,exactly what i'm going to be doing today,is i'm going to be walking you through,the top five things that are going to,allow you seconds to 34 seconds,have a 280 percent lift and conversion,yes you heard that right 21 seconds to,34 seconds if you literally just have,tick tock ads that are at least 21 to 34,seconds long,you automatically have a competitive,advantage over other tick tock,advertisers and the reason for this lift,and conversions is because that's enough,time for you to deliver information in a,concise way to the actual consumer that,might be purchasing your product or the,business that might actually be you know,choosing to work with your service and,you want to time it between 21 to 34,seconds you don't want it to be overly,long you don't want it to be overly,short,so definitely try to be within this,range because you are going to see much,better conversions by doing so and this,is data that ticktalk actually has from,you know hundreds of thousands of,advertisers that are actually already on,the platform and we're seeing this with,our results too videos that are between,21 to 34 seconds do actually convert,better,and we also see that the 9 16 aspect,ratio does help with lifting conversions,that is vertical video y'all you'll want,to make sure you have vertical video you,don't want to try to apply square video,and have these black spaces in between,the actual video you want to make sure,that these videos are actually vertical,tick tock is a vertical placement so you,want to make sure your content actually,fits for tick tock so make sure you have,a 9x16 aspect ratio in your actual,videos that is simply filming on your,phone that's the best way to do it to,actually keep the vertical video in,check and that resolution is actually,going to be higher and that actually,leads us to the next point if your video,is actually above 720p you're going to,see a 312 lifting conversion so if you,just apply these three things you're,going to see you know 280 lift and 91,left and even up to a 312 percent lift,in conversions by having hd video if you,upload a very low quality video the back,door is this you're likely going to get,much less conversions than other,accounts would and if you have ads that,are actually converting now with a low,quality video well if you just upgrade,the quality you could be seeing much,better conversions at the exact same,cost the next thing is number two and,that's tick tock user generated content,this is very big because you have,branded ads and you have spark ads,branded ads are essentially what you see,here this is an ad by go clove and you,know their shoe brand and they have,these actual you know branded outline,where it has the colors of their blue,they're green and the actual ad and it's,very branded and when you come across it,looks very much so like an ad these,types of ads do work to some degree and,you know do have good conversion rates,depending on you know how they're,actually flexing their brand and,actually driving you know consideration,and actually having people make the,conversion based off of real,estate agent we need to understand that,we need to be in front of the most,eyeballs possible because as you know,the more people who know you and the,more people you know the more deals,you're gonna get so it's a really great,way to again get in front of the target,audience and you might say well mike my,target audience is an on-take talk well,let me explain point number two the,largest rising demographic on tick tock,is 25 to 45 years old which based on nir,status is the average age of a home,buyer home seller in today's market so,what's happening is in years in the past,yes it was for younger people but as,it's become more mainstream and as,different types of content are thriving,on there it has become a different type,of platform where the average,demographic is in fact your target,avatar as a real estate agent now and,there's even agents in my group that,have been attracting clients in their,50s 60s and older so the next thing,that's really cool is that you have the,ability on your profile to connect your,instagram and your youtube and most,people are using instagram and youtube,instagram to build their personal brand,stay top of mind youtube to attract,clients at scale and what's happening is,you're getting mass engagement from tick,tock and you're able to funnel that,traffic to other platforms that you've,already established yourself on so it is,a very great way to build your personal,brand and to drive traffic to other,platforms that are much easier to,convert in terms of clients now the last,thing that i'd like to say is you have,the ability to again include your bio,link and if you're using something like,link tree which is what i use you know,link tree this allows you to include,multiple links so what's happening is,you're able to again drive traffic to a,link tree on a bio link and have,relocation guides buyers guides sellers,guys home consultations or whatever you,want to do in order to again funnel that,traffic because the views are so big on,tick tock as you can see here that,you're able to use that mass engagement,to funnel traffic to links that,otherwise might have been more difficult,to do and the last thing hello my friends and welcome back to,another video,so i ordered from the first five ads,that i saw,on tick tock now i've done these kind of,videos before where i buy from ads but,it's always been,from like facebook and instagram and,tick tock ads,tick tock ads are weirder at least at,least for me and what the algorithm,shows me,definitely more random like they're kind,of all over the place we have a little,bit of everything as you'll see,in this video like i'll get an ad for a,cute sweatshirt and then the next ad,is for your very own pet ball of moss,complete with,birth certificate i mean both are right,up my alley honestly maybe,tick tock just knows me a little too,well but uh let's get into it so the,first,ad that i saw and i've actually seen,these on tik tok,quite a few times before this video is,for jackpot candles and they,sell candles that have a ring hidden,inside the wax somewhere,that's supposedly worth between fifteen,dollars and,five thousand dollars and i feel like,this is a fun idea you know get a candle,and also get like a fun little,jewelry surprise in it but one thing one,thing that just stood out to me in this,ad as like,a little weird is the guy in the ad was,really,pushing the make money by getting an,expensive,ring aspect my fiance and i love tik tok,and so for my 26th birthday he got me a,mermaid daydream,jackpot candle mermaids are her favorite,and i thought it'd be cool,to try and see if we could win a lot of,money absolutely beautiful we absolutely,love this ring but more importantly it,was worth 20,and we're selling it that seems a little,weird to me like don't don't try to,trick people into thinking buying this,candle is some sort of,investment you're probably not gonna win,a bunch of money,and you should not buy this candle with,that idea,but it's a fun and unique idea on its,own like i'm already interested anyways,and also in the ad the guy says they're,going to sell the ring because it's,worth twenty dollars,but like to who does the website have a,buyback option are they gonna try and,sell it on like facebook marketplace or,ebay because i'm pretty sure,no one's gonna pay you 20 for that ring,anyways i clicked the link and the,website had a bunch of different scents,to choose from and you also,got to select your ring size which i,really appreciated it also noted,that the candles are made in the usa,from natural soy wax,and have between 80 and 100 hours of,burn time and pretty much all the,candles were listed for 24.95 which just,for comparison,most bath and body works three wig,candles are listed on the website at,24.50 and at least on the bottom of the,bath and body works candles that i have,because they don't list this on the,website,it says it has a burn time of 25 to 45,hours,so this candle seems like a pretty good,deal to me,so i got the eucalyptus one let's unbox,it give it a try and see if we're gonna,win,fifteen thousand dollars i haven't,filmed that part yet but spoiler alert i,i don't i don't think we're gonna win,fifteen thousand dollars,okay so it's the eucalypt descent renew,refresh relax,hand poured 100 soy candle that just,smells like straight up eucalyptus,it's not the best candle i've smelled by,any means it's not like,out of this world but it's not bad by,any means so this candle is obviously a,different,shape than the one in the tik tok ad,it's like much more,vertical it's a cylinder so hopefully,the,ring isn't like hidden at the very,bottom so i'm gonna start burning this,tonight and i'm actually gonna time it,every time i burn this candle,that way we can see what the burn time,really adds up to be,and i'm also excited to see what ring is,inside let's burn it,okay ignore my frickin olympic ring,of stickers my skincare headband but,i'm pretty sure i see the little,thing with the ring in it i've burned,the candle four times for a total of,about 14 hours,and 20 minutes and i'm just starting to,see a little,what i'm assuming is that wrapped foil,ring it looks like it did,in the the tick tock ad but i have to,say i think that 80 to 100 hours of burn,time,is pretty accurate i mean i've had this,going for,14 plus hours and we have really not,burned that much i'm,pretty impressed i really like the smell,of this candle i'll definitely,you know continue to burn it after i,take out the ring i will say,this candle isn't super like it's not,super strong smelling,i feel like usually with my other,candles if i light the candle it makes,the whole,room smell good this you kind of have to,be pretty close to it but when you are,close like sitting right here,it smells great it's just not as potent,i guess is the word,but here we go i got tweezers like they,did in the ad,oh yep i think that's definitely it oh,gosh i ripped open the foil,oh no man this so  ,it's a monumental opportunity for people and  businesses to sell their products on the platform  ,how many times have you spoken to someone they've  said ah i found that product on tick tock it's  ,happening a lot these days so let's jump on to how  you can actually make the most of that so this is  ,the tick tock ad structure so at the top we have  tick tocks ad manager then we have ad campaigns  ,we have ad groups we have ad creative and then  landing pages to break these down one by one tick  ,doc ads manager is where you manage your ticktock  advertising account similar to the any,of that we're just gonna,go very basic here for demographics we,are going to only target specific states,because these are the states that the,agent has a license to sell the health,insurance on right so we're gonna remove,united states and start adding the,states,so after adding all of the states that,this agent has a license to sell on,we're gonna move here,the gender this is a test so we're not,going to discriminate between males or,females we want to see all the genders,and then when we analyze it we'll know,okay the males convert better or the,woman's age 45 to 54 convert better the,agent told me that she gets most of her,clients that are aged from 35 to 60. so,we're going to,remove 18 to 24 and 24 25 to 34.,languages alright so,um this is for spanish-speaking people,in the united states but that speaks,spanish okay so let's,remove,no limit and put,spanish,all right we selected it,our interest and behavior,let's add,interest,so baby kids and maternity,people that,have kids,normally they are more prone to get,health insurance and life insurance,let's also see if there's like parenting,health and wellness,yes,um,personal health,health information like that one,and also,very important this one health insurance,so um tick tock is not as good as,facebook with its targeting right and,this instant interest that we chose,parenting personal health you know baby,kids strategy,is going to work super well,for the your brand you're running or,your drop shipping store so we're going,to go ahead and break it down already to,let you guys know this is what i,scheduled today,the ads are just starting to run and,we're going to see you know how they,perform but this is a strategy that i've,done across multiple brands and spent,you know hundreds of thousands even,millions of dollars on tick tock doing,this exact strategy right no one's going,to share this with you you know without,joining your course like i said i do,have a a to z program but,i'd rather just share a pretty fair,amount of what i'm doing just so you,guys can get a better understanding so,we can go ahead and look at kind of what,was working previously so we launched,different ads for this brand different,ad groups you know if you watched any of,my other videos you guys know i like,this to test one creative at a time one,by one,and you can see that a lot of times we,can figure out what is the top,performing created so you we can see,here that you know these creatives spent,a ton more than the other ones and we've,kind of narrowed down to our two top,performing creatives now i'm always,testing right i'm always testing new,creatives in this you know ad testing uh,campaign that we have here,so basically we found this winner right,it was this b26 one,and the targeting is super broad i'm not,testing interest just letting the,creative drive the traffic,and we can see here that this gave us,the best cpa anything under two dollars,is really good you know for this brand,and uh yeah so everything under two,hours is great so we found these two are,our best performers so what do we know,now and guys i'm showing you that you,real time what i set up today i'll break,down more results actually for you if,you want to see this,uh from a daily aspect or even a weekly,about how i'm optimizing and different,strategies like that so you know if you,want to see that drop a comment that we had,it's going to load up here and you can,see here that these these are all,you know ad set budgets with cost cap,each of them at 200,on a daily budget and you know i started,off from the recommended click so,how i found this cost cap was say if i,edit this ad group here,and i go through gonna show you exactly,what i'm doing,and they have the optimization event at,button click,i'm gonna scroll down us targeting,broad 25 plus just because the reason,why i have 25 plus is that's like the,highest converting for this type of,product that you know this business is,selling we'll scroll down to,uh day parting i have it from 9 a.m all,the way to about 1,30ish a.m,and uh we don't really want to run from,these hours,so cost cap obviously now it's down to a,1.36 but we would adopt this cost cap,normally if you have previous data on,your ad account you want to adopt this,cost cap if you don't just pick a cost,cap that you think would you know be,right for your ad groups to spend,and guys that's the setup for each ad,group and we would duplicate this one ad,right everything the exact same a bunch,of times and have 20 different ad groups,uh with all these different bids all,being,incremented by one cent,and then we can go from there so,normally i you can go down or up but i,want i decided to go up on on these uh,ad groups,each with a a cent increment and what's,crazy is no one like no one's gonna show,you this like i'm telling you no one on,youtube or wherever you go it's gonna,it's gonna show you this sauce so uh,make sure you know you join the program,if you
