hi this is Fred with finale inventory,today we're going to talk about how to,import products from marketplaces so,we're gonna start by opening up finale,and we're going to go to our view,products so we're going to choose here,view products and then we're going to,choose import from integration for this,example we're gonna use Amazon so let's,choose Amazon connect now we're going to,need to put in the credentials so you,can follow these steps to get your,credentials,I haven't pasted it off to the side and,then you're gonna choose verify and,continue here we can click start import,now it's worth noting that it will take,a few minutes if you have a large number,of products so let's click start import,and now you can see it was successful,once finale is done with the import,you'll get an email to whatever email,address you have on file and they'll,appear in the product screen while we're,waiting for that we can go to the,integration step you can see here now on,the integrations page it shows the,import products it's set to manual and,it shows the feed status is in progress,when it says we'll try again in 30,seconds that just means finale is,processing all the information that is,downloading from Amazon now while we're,waiting we could talk about the product,details that it does pull down finallys,going to import the product SKU which we,call the product ID it's gonna import,the product name which finale calls the,description the item price which is the,selling cost we're also going to pull,down the image and if it's Amazon we're,gonna pull down details such as the ace,the ASI N and the UPC if it's a,different marketplace then we'll pull,down the UPC now in the integrations,page it'll also show you updates as it's,creating products if you're curious to,see how it's going you can go to the,actions drop down menu and choose view,status log so you say we can't click it,you might need to pause live status,updates to be able to jump into the,status log once you're here you can,all the products as they're being,created now finale does have multiple,modes for the import products we have,disabled which means it doesn't run,manual which means it only runs when you,use the actions drop-down menu and click,run task now and then we have automatic,when it's set to automatic every single,night finale will run your full catalog,and it'll update any changes you've made,on the marketplace and change them on,finale so if you change the description,on say Amazon or WooCommerce that night,finale will update the description name,in finale so once you see the green,status that says ok that means the task,has completed successfully to view the,products all we need to do is go to,inventory and either stock old products,and you can see here it lists all the,products that imported if you'd like to,connect another store,all you would need to do is go to,integrations add new integration and,then follow the steps for import,products on that integration if you have,any problems whatsoever feel free to,reach out to us at service at finale,inventory comm thank you
