what is going on guys noah brewer here,back again with another video and today,we're going to be answering one question,is it worth getting a tick tock agency,ad account and to answer this question,i'm going to be running you through an,account that i recently just scaled on,an agency account what the product,testing process looked like how scaling,is going and why getting an agency ad,account was beneficial to our specific,circumstances so let me give you a quick,explanation of what a tick-tock agency,account is and how you can actually go,about getting one and why the question,of is it worth getting is even a thing,so basically tick tock has these things,called enterprise business centers and,what they allow you to do is create an,endless amount of ad accounts underneath,them but they are not normal ad accounts,they are at accounts that basically,allow you to target any country they,give you a dedicated support agent they,have very minimal spending issues so,tick tock has been very glitchy lately,but not on the agency ad accounts,they're fine you also get a higher,priority support line through the main,tick tock support channel if you're not,using your main tick tock rep and ads,are also known to get flagged less so,this is great for people that own an,agency or have clients or own a few,businesses so that they can basically,create and assign different ad accounts,to their different businesses or their,different clients obviously in my case,it's clients and students where i can,actually give them an agency ad account,basically move it into their profile and,they will have access to it so i had a,student that was going through my,one-on-one mentoring program which by,the way is still open by the time this,video goes out i'll probably coaching,program about a few weeks in popped a,winner on an agency ad account and it's,working out very well he's actually,almost at a thousand dollars today which,is great but he's actually in china so,he can't create a standard tiktok ad,account and still be able to target us,or anything like that without using a,vpn and a sketchy payment processor so i,gave him an agency ad account and he,started testing products on it found a,winner within like five or six tests and,now he's almost doing a thousand dollars,a day so we started testing products,like normal and there was nothing really,out of the ordinary other than the fact,that we didn't have spending issues,because it was an agency ad account but,you know first product we tested got no,sales second one no sales third one no,sales one of them made a sale or two so,that was a good sign but probably like,the fifth or sixth one that we tested it,popped off right away with like a 1.5 to,two roads now this was nothing crazy but,we did notice something very interesting,about that campaign that was different,than the other ones and what was,different is we decided to target the,usa canada and the united kingdom,basically just for shits and giggles we,didn't really have a reason to just,thought we would try it for whatever,reason and it definitely helped out with,sales we were analyzing the campaign and,we noticed that pretty much all of the,sales were coming from the united,kingdom so obviously we created another,campaign that was targeting only the,united kingdom and to no surprise it,basically had a 1.5 raws and didn't,really go anywhere so this was a little,bit weird because we noticed a lot of,the sales were coming from the uk so we,basically isolated uk in a new campaign,and it didn't perform as good so i was,like okay you know what i'm gonna make a,new campaign target usa canada and the,uk again maybe they perform better,together than separate for whatever,reason because back when i used to do,facebook ads very very heavily i would,always notice that you know worldwide,targeting would perform better than big,four or top five countries or tier one,countries basically the more options,that the advertising platform had to,choose from the better the ads were,performed for whatever reason i didn't,really know why but i did this in this,ad account and of course it got much,better results like 2 2 2.5 roads for a,day and then slowly over time i was just,watching these campaigns kind of sort of,die out um you know after a few days it,was like two row as 1.7 1.5 you know so,slowly slowing down so after seeing that,happen i decided to make three key,campaigns literally last night i was,just sitting there thinking about what's,the next best move that i can make in,this ad account to ensure that tomorrow,is a good day and essentially what i did,was i duplicated into a new campaign,five times an exact replica of the,initial campaign that we made that was,targeting us canada uk,lowest cost you know nothing was,different about it and then i made,another

hey guys so i'm getting a lot of,questions on how to set up an ad account,and how to set up an agency account and,business center and issues with um ad,accounts not spending so i wanted to,just jump in here and give you guys a,brief overview of how to create if,you're running ads for clients or you,want to run ads for clients then what,you're going to need is this agency,business center account so it's very,similar to if you're familiar with,facebook at all it's very similar to the,business manager in facebook so for,example we use an agency business,manager,inside of our facebook account and with,that agency business manager,we request access we request partner,access to all of our clients ad accounts,so that means that we don't have to,create the ad accounts for them we don't,have to have ownership of the ad,accounts and if and when the,relationship um you know separates and,maybe they bring it in house or they,stop running ads they can just take all,the information and,they own that asset so it's very,important to have your own ad account,and if you and for your clients to have,their own ad accounts and,if you are an agency running ads for,clients you do not want to be creating,the ad accounts for them under your,business center um because as far as i,know you can only create one ad account,per business center that might change um,in the future it may have already,changed but i know for us we could only,create one ourselves so,what i did is i did a lot of research,because i was really confused about this,as well and i know friends of mine who,are facebook marketers by trade and now,getting into tick tock marketing are,having some issues with this too so i,kind of did like a deep dive one,afternoon to figure it out i watched a,lot of youtube videos and because they,have these the way that it's structured,is a little bit differently than um than,facebook because they have um a few,different like types of business center,accounts,and like one for solo businesses another,for agencies that are managing multiple,different accounts so this is,specifically for,agency business centers where you're,managing multiple different ad accounts,and you need to request access to those,accounts so you can manage them inside,of your business center so,um i have got the two articles that i,used to,walk myself step by step through the,setup process and then also walk my,clients through the setup process so,number one is going to be to create your,agency business center and the reason,again why you do this is because you,want to be able to manage your clients,campaigns but you don't want to have,ownership of their ad account so,you're going to,go through these steps i'll share the,article with this video,so we don't take up too much time here,but from your personal account you're,going to create your business account,and then once you've created your,business account,you're going to go through the steps of,requesting access to an ad account now,if you have a client that does not yet,have an ad account what you're going to,do is i'll share this article as well,but i recommend sharing this article,with your clients so that they can walk,through it on their own if they're tech,savvy my clients largely are not tech,savvy so i have to actually get on a,video call with them,and do a screen share and walk them,through all of this right so,um you want to start with them on a,screen share share this link right here,and have them create a page,or create their own uh,tiktok ad account,and they're going to have to go through,a whole process which includes getting,the,business account,set up getting it verified adding in all,of their information they're gonna have,to create a login with their email,address password,um number or last four of the ein,number i don't remember,um,but they do need to include their,business information,and then they'll register,and um super important here once they,have their ad account set up they are,going to need to and once they've got,their their business information entered,they i recommend,having them verify their business,account it's the same with facebook,y'all if you don't verify the business,account you're going to run into issues,at some point down the line i guarantee,it so just have them verify the business,account again they're just going to have,to upload some official documents which,is fine it's easy they should have it,readily available on their computer um,and then most importantly have them add,their payment method because these ads,are being billed via tick tock to your,client you do not want to pay for ad,spend through your ad account,um at least i don't that's that's not,how i run my business and i don't,recommend it um because it's just buying in order to make,this successful but at least the basics,of it of how the ads work how their,creatives work would would suffice so I,recommend watching some YouTube videos,or purchase a course so that you have,the necessary understanding in order to,close the deals because conviction is,the number one thing that's going to,help you land clients when you're in the,sales calls right cool let's talk about,their niches or niches still I'm not,certain which one's the right way to,to pronounce now in terms of the niches,most people focus on e-commerce and,there's nothing wrong with it but why,not explore other niches like high,ticket Legion solar Insurance health,care right those kind of niches are,often neglected and especially with Tick,Tock it's a blue ocean right now so yeah,another one I can recommend would be,coaches and Consulting,so coaches and Consultants are uh very,very high ticket as well and you can get,good results for them through Tick Tock,ads in fact we have one of our clients,uh one of our former clients wealth,assistants we've helped them scale,um massively through Tick Tock ads in,fact there's a case study on my on my,Twitter profile that you can have a look,at cool,Tech setup now this is the boring stuff,and unfortunately this is stuff that,most people focus the most time on when,they start the agency you don't need,more than a day our website took us 30,minutes to create on leadpages okay so,don't over complicate it just create a,normal landing page simple vsl talking,about what the offer is what you can do,in the marketplace and then a simple,call to action to book a call with you,all right cool next let's go to the,offers,okay I've divided this into four,different kind of offers now the last,one is more it doesn't really count,because it's like an individual,kind of one-off thing but let's talk,about Tick Tock ads so,in our experience like when I when I,sell Tick Tock ads to clients,is oftentimes we study together with the,creatives because you can't run Tick,Tock ads unless you had the creatives,sometimes you have clients that just,come for media buying by most cases we,just upsell them to the creators as well,okay so,yeah Tick Tock ad is the best kind of,tick tock offer that you could that,could sell sell to clients because it's,measurable for the clients and,um yeah if you do it the right way you,can make a lot of money from it based on,like the ad spend for example right we,make most of our money through ad spend,deals when we manage your clients so we,have a base retainer for the creatives,and then we take a percentage of the ad,spend as as a fee right you can go,anywhere between five percent to 15 you,can negotiate those terms with your,client but we recommend typically,anywhere upwards of 10 and and set a cap,because obviously you don't want to be,managing 500k and then you know demand,what 50k or something,um they probably won't they probably,will fire the next week right so yeah,you need to be reasonable with that cool,ugc,it's one of the most important Services,right now more sought after service and,the best part about selling ugc is that,clients are not necessarily bound to one,agency like with ads because only one,agency one agency can manage the ad,account at a time whereas the creatives,there's always an evil creative so they,can always look for more agencies to,supply them with more creative split,system XYZ so,yeah,we recommend selling it together with ad,management but if you're just selling,UDC like we do at times you can sell it,for anywhere between 2K to 16k really,depends on what your offer is and how,you package it okay,and then a guarantee,um look stay away from from giving too,many guarantees like oh we'll give you,if we don't hit the 3x row as in in a,month or t we'll give you a full refund,and a thousand dollars just ignore that,you've been seeing all of those ads all,over social media right of of of,agencies promising,um uh a return or else they'll go,they'll refund you like ignore th

entry points,for you to start now first thing first,is when you go to,ads.ticktalk.com nonetheless it would,say yeah don't make x make tick tock,videos and it says uh this is actually,top right it's a it's a button for you,to actually create now in a way you can,actually create a tip talk personal take,top ads account uh within this link by,going to ads.ticktalk.com,however i want to give you another angle,to come in basically i'm actually,suggesting that you create a tick-tock,business center in stick so all you do,is you go to business.ticktalk.com,so this is the ticktock business center,by creating the top right button you,will have a create new button basically,that's where you create a tick-tock,business center where you're able to do,a lot more things now tick-tock business,center is very similar to facebook,business manager if you're familiar with,it you will definitely know that in fact,business manager can do a lot more thing,than just uh ad account so if you're,starting fresh right now i would suggest,that you know uh immediately bypass the,individual account go straight into um,you know like the business center and,create a business centric account and,group everything within one because it's,a lot easier for you to organize even to,work together with some agencies and,partners in the future uh it prepares,you to go to the next step very easily,so yeah now i'm gonna go into my,business center okay because i already,have a business center i'm just gonna,take the click the top right and say,enter the business center and basically,it will bring me into the tick tock,business center uh within here so i'm,just gonna quickly walk you through,right so when it comes to the tick tock,business center what we have over here,is uh first thing first,you can actually create uh you can,actually create multiple as in like,bring in multiple members into your,business center so over here if you have,a team and you want to work together,with a bunch of let's say for example,you have multiple tick-tock account and,you have multiple ad account and you,want to assign each and every one of,these to different people within your,team it's a lot easier for you to,organize that and on top of that this is,where you want to work together with,external parties like agency coaches,consultants,yeah so this is where you can actually,work together with other business center,by connecting to each other using a,partner's so-called as a partner so it's,a lot easier for you to manage that way,because the moment you pathway all you,need to do is to remove them from your,partner list and they will lose access,to all your so-called assets,remember we don't give access,to our ad account or business manager,account or business center account to,individual we work together if let's say,we are working with external party we,work as business entity okay very,similar to facebook advertising now the,beauty of this when you're having a,business center is in fact you can,immediately create multiple business,advertisers account now so already you,see we have this tribal academy which is,the one that i'm actually using now you,can actually easily create,you know like advertisers account over,here or you can actually request access,to other people's advertisers account so,let's say if you are planning to work on,multiple businesses within the business,center it's a lot easier for you to,separate them into different ads,accounts because basically it makes it a,lot easier for you to kind of like you,know like different shade and then of,course if you create audiences then this,is where you can actually share,audiences between business,centers and of course this is where you,connect with multiple different tik tok,accounts so let's say if you have a lot,of tick tick-tock accounts and you want,to connect them to one to another it's a,lot easier for you to actually you know,quickly kick-start and build a different,kind of control over here and on top of,that your finances and all that so this,is actually how i think you should start,when you want to really start,advertising on tick tock and of course,immediately whenever you're ready once,you have created the ticktock ad account,uh basically all you need to do is to,immediately click here and go into the,tick tock ads manager and
