so I had an issue with my Shopify store,not connecting with,Facebook for one reason or another and,and the various sharp of shooting,methods but I've employed or used to try,to understand what's going on and in the,different researchers the one thing that,I arrived that was that after creating,the page for one reason or another I,think I might have said this,inadvertently I these settings for job,manager were present for my profile and,so this is the old instance of the page,settings this is the new instance with,the with the old with the old instance,there was this setting which had jobs,manager can publish and manage jobs,although I know I can publish a manna,jobs on all of my pages in this,particular setting this particular,element was not present and my other,pages so what I did was to go into my,business settings,and locate my page and specifically,remove or rather just set these two off,before these were set to on and also,because they were set to on here shows,custom as opposed to what is supposed to,show which is admin so I should be the,admin there should not be a custom,setting but again in removing this I,went into my business settings and and,turn these off I have to turn in these,off refreshing the page,my page settings which used to look like,this,not looks like this it has me and me set,as admin so what we're going to do now,is go into Shopify,you,and,to login or rather connect,the platform to my Facebook account and,hopefully with these settings as a yard,with me set to admin,we should be good to go we'll just give,it a few seconds to move,okay so everything's loading let's go,back to the Facebook plug-in okay,perfect so now it works okay so before,it was not working it would be a message,here for one reason or another but now,with the settings appropriately set and,myself set to admin so this was the,particular issue ensuring that you are,the admin and removing the job manager,profiles that was appearing and would,that be the case I can now select my,page perfect and click connect age and,we are off to the races let's give it a,second while everything loads okay,perfect so we solved the issue if you,have any questions let me know
