hi everyone patrick here,so a lot of the tutorials that i'm,seeing at the moment,on youtube seem to be directed more at,people,who are doing the whole drop shipping,thing which is very good within itself,but i am,also a retailer with a bricks and mortar,store,so we are always conscious of the fact,that we gotta sell,all the time and we've got to merge,those two markets between online,and offline so if you have a shopify,store and if you have your,pos or your point of sale in store,here's just a quick tip to help you,enhance the visitors that come to your,store,so that afterwards you can get a little,tiny bit more marketing so one of the,things that i find very useful of course,is when they are checking out and you,are getting the customers details,that you will go on and send them their,receipt,either through an email or through a,text message so,when they are getting text the general,shopify platform will just give them a,basic,uh message so i suggest that you,customize it and i'm going to show you,how you do that so,obviously you go into your own store,you're in your home page you can go down,to settings here,and if we go to um,our notifications so these are where,we're managing the notifications that,are sent to you and to your customers,the one that i'm interested here at the,moment,is pos and mobile receipts so if you,send it to the customer,after they complete a purchase in the,shop,because they are they're it's always,easier to sell to those whom you've sold,to before,as they say so let's just go in here,and if it's the the text message which,is more and more common nowadays thank,you for your purchase from,euphoric okay well we want to make sure,that they actually,some of these people may not even know,that you have a website so we want to,say,um check our,check out our latest,offers whatever products check out our,latest,offers on and then you can just go to,shoeforec in this case is my,shop which is shophoric copy the link,ctrl c,go back into this on,control v euphoric.com,um and if you feel,really helpful,review us here and i would just put in,my google,store so in this case i go to my google,analytics so you've obviously signed in,uh google my business obviously for this,little section can we see it okay yes,you can,see but you're into oh google analytics,very good there's all sorts of things,here,that will help and it's just this look,share the review form,we want to keep getting lots of google,analytics,so share the review form,there it is we can just copy it,click to copy link link copied,just like that wow and then we go back,into our,store notifications boom,and that's it save,just like that folks by continuing daddy,daddy daddy dad,that's all right we have to make sure,that it all,fits within one text message anyway,these are little details little tips,that if you have a shopify store,and you want to take advantage of the,merging nowadays retail is all about,merging the online with the offline and,taking advantage and there's nothing,like the in-store experience but,everyone shops online but it's not the,death of the high street just yet,so let's keep working hard to keep all,our customers happy with our products,this is patrick from shephorax shoes and,selling online today where i give little,tips and tricks to those,who also work in retail and who also,sell online,don't forget to subscribe if you've,liked the content and hey it's been a,while since i've posted but i am going,to try and get back into this,it is all about cracking that nut,of e-commerce and bricks and mortar,today thank you very much bye-bye,that'll do for today
