hi i'm rahim from easy appointment,booking by servicefi,this app is the fastest way to turn your,products from your shopify store into a,bookable service or event,in this video i'll show you how to,create an event based off of a product,from your shopify store,set it up with your availability and,timing and then be able to see it in,your store,from there i can show you a few tips and,tricks as to why this app makes life,really easy for you,so let's get started i'm going to create,my first event,i'm going to select my coffee workshop,here,create an event for this coffee workshop,and it pulls the product details for me,it's called the coffee workshop event,let's say it's for 30 minutes i can,change this if i wish i can change it,from,one or multiple so i'm going to say i'm,going to allow five people to join this,event,now i have to create an availability so,what this,does is that it actually helps me set,an availability that people know that,i'm only available for specific times,so by default it sets me from,nine to five every single day uh maybe,i'm not available on wednesday so i'm,going to delete this,and i can also uh,set whatever time i wish later on in the,settings as well,click save make sure this one is,selected,now i can add details for my customers,please,remember to bring your own,copy and i can put a,zoom link here,options this is for if you want a,customer to have,uh to select your event from a certain,date or time,maybe i only want it for april 8th,to the 30th i can set that here i'm just,going to leave it out for now,and if i need time to prepare for this,workshop i can,actually set it for any time before then,maybe what i'll do is i'm going to say i,need,at least one day to prepare,i can add custom questions which i'll,cover in a later video,and i could set notifications so,customers are reminded instantly,that's part of our paid plan as as much,as a bunch of other perks as well,so i'm just going to save this basic,event,great so now i can,great now the event has been created i,can view it in my store,now i'm in my store i can select the,time,and as you can see i actually do have,appointments today but because i need,one day of lead time,it's not available today so that part's,working i'm gonna book for monday at 9am,i can add multiple people add to cart,i'm going to check out,and now i'm actually going to check this,out and then we'll see what it looks,like,when it's back in the easy appointment,booking app,so i purchased the product now if i go,back to the app,oh it asks if it looks good if it,doesn't look right,if it doesn't look right i can always,select this and there's some tips and,tricks for you to manage that we're,always available for support as well,even in the chat bot here on the right,now if i look back i just created this,uh,booking so now i'm going to click on the,actual event,ah i've got two confirmed bookings,there we go and i could reschedule i,could send a reminder,if i want to send a reminder that's part,of our paid plan,as well as many other things as well i,could also,see it in the time zone that works for,me i could go to the advanced settings,in case i want to change it from 30,minutes to 60 minutes,there's a bunch more that's all right,here and if you do need,any help at all we're always available,by support,or our faq is here that's about it and,if you want to learn more about,how using this app can help manage your,booking set automatic reminders,set email themes even and thank you,messages,it's all part of our plans and just,reach out at any time,thanks so much for watching and we'll,chat soon
