what is going on guys noah brewer here,back again with another video and today,i'm going to be talking about a product,research method that we've been using,silently over the past few weeks to find,winning products for our agency clients,now this is not something that's new,there's already been videos out there,talking about it and the reason i wanted,to come in and add to the discussion is,because i feel like there's a few things,that i haven't seen covered yet a few,different ways that you can actually,leverage this tool in order to get the,best results and in order to find the,best products that other people just,simply haven't mentioned yet so i'm,going to be going over what this tool is,how to best use it and some tips and,tricks on how you can you know,essentially further use it to find,better products and do better research,because like i said there are videos out,there that cover this tool but in my,opinion they haven't gone in depth,enough and they're not talking about the,specific way that we use it to find,winning products for our clients so,let's get right into it yes for those of,you that guessed it it is the tick tock,creative center which is essentially,tick tock's version of ad spy if you're,familiar with facebook ads and the way,that uh people used to do product,research for the copycat method there,was a tool called ad spy which basically,would allow you to see all of the ads,that are currently being ran on facebook,and you could search by you know the ad,copy different keywords stuff like this,and it was a really really helpful tool,if you were following the copycat method,for facebook now i wasn't really,following the copycat method on facebook,but as you know we are following the,copycat method on tick tock so this,would be something that is incredibly,valuable to have um for a platform like,tiktak ads so from my understanding,tiktok released this official creative,center to essentially educate,advertisers and they've really been,promoting you know this whole like,create tick tocks not ads thing i think,tick tock's goal at the end of the day,is to motivate advertisers to be really,native to the platform and i think,they're just trying to you know give as,many resources as they possibly can to,allow advertisers to know you know,what's right what's wrong which i think,is really really helpful for us,advertisers and it's really really cool,that tick tock is kind of taking the,stance of like okay let's really help,our advertisers instead of treating them,like peasants kind of like facebook does,like facebook treats you like as,opposed to tick tock is out here like,basically giving us ads and showing us,you know the results of things which,i'll actually show you the platform and,i'll walk you through some different,tools that you can look at and things,you can review that will also help you a,lot but i think it's really really cool,that tick tock has been super proactive,in helping out advertisers and trying to,give you know as good professional,advice as they can obviously they're not,talking about specific strategies and,stuff like that but you can pull a lot,away from the resources they put out,there now i think there's two primary,uses for this specific tool you know the,creative center and there's a few other,tools attached to it number one is using,it as it's intended to be used which is,strictly a research tool it's used to,get inspiration it's used to get,educated on the platform of tick tock,ads as a whole so if you're somebody,that's never,been on tick tock like as a user or if,you've never advertised on tick tock at,all this is a really great time for you,to come into this tool and kind of look,at what other people are doing on tick,tock ads that's performing well and,figure out you know that way you don't,try to come on to the tik tok ad,platform treating it like it's a,facebook ad platform because it's,completely different a lot of different,you know advertising styles and types of,products and stuff like that so it's a,really really great way to basically,come in and just get like an overview of,the tick tock ad landscape the second,way which you know us dirty little drop,shippers we're going to use it to our,advantage as best as we can and that is,for product research and ad research now,obviously we're all familiar with,product research it's basically just,finding products to test it's really,that simple but even more interesting in,my opinion is using it for ad research,so seeing the types of advertisements,that actually perform really really well,on tick tock ads is really helpful,because you can kind of compare it to,your own ads and see what elements does,the good tick dog ads have versus your,tick tock ads and you can almost pull,you know little strategies and little,gimmicks and tactics that people use in,their advertisements and use them in,your own marketing campaigns and your,own advertisements and i think this is,just as valuable as being able to take,products direc

Atlanta,oh,someone withdrew 30 so there is the,carpeting in my 48 year old car,it's um,it might be savable,I have good news and I have,all news good news as you already saw,when I did the dry ice blasting video,the floorboards on this car are mint,there is no corrosion they are in,perfect sound condition nice to see bad,news is these carpets are past the point,of trying to save the material is in these These,are easily replaced though I just gotta,get some more of that material the,factory carpeting has these little metal,hooks,that hold it in place so uh this is,going to be tough to replicate I made an,interesting Discovery here on the,passenger side this carpet is clearly,Sun faded you can see it's a much darker,brown Underneath more of a cool tone,which makes sense because that would,match the brown that's that's black,which would match the brown interior in,here that means when this car was new,the interior was all pretty much the,same color it's just maybe oxygen caused,the carpeting to fade especially on the,bottom of the doors right here you can,see different coloration in it it's like,yellowy and some spots lighter and,darker so it's it's all faded I just did,a little bit of research on the internet,apparently it is a company in Australia,that makes uh carpets for these cars in,either a regular Loop or classic loop I,think mine's classic Loop and they have,a bunch of different colors so I think,I'm able to get a color match oh geez,that's really stained,foreign,I did find that's not a fart that's my,seat on vinyl my butt and vinyl,underneath the seats I want to see what,the dates are 1974 that's the year of,this car 70 73 79 64 65. the receipt 12,filled this thing up at a dollar 35 a,gallon there's some more change in there,so I'm gonna put platform,you will not be able to see the ads,that's currently running for a specific,page or,profile or anything like that unlike the,facebook ad library,on tech talk ad library you will be able,to see all the,ad set that's currently running for a,particular niche,not the profile or a page and you can,filter out this ad set,by the click through or the view rate,and also filter out the ad set,by the niche for example you will be,able to see all the ad set that's,currently,running for clothing or technology or,markov chain,or whatever your niche is and the next,best option,in this ad library for tech talk is you,will be able to see the ad set that's,currently running for a specific country,yes you will be able to see all the,advertisements that's running,in australia or canada or united states,or wherever your niche is and this is,really cool right and without any more,checking,let's get to it so just scroll down,description box and you will see for the,link for the ad library for tech talk,and after you did access it you should,see this page right here and by the way,make sure to log in to an account and i,wasn't able to login into,this platform through my tech talk,account i it yet just,click on it and you will see,sit there impressions and six seconds,video,view rate so the first one means click,through,so for example if the ad has a click,through of 15,that means that 150 percent out of,1000 viewers they do click it on the ad,set,and that's really cool right if you do,have a click through of 15,that means that people are really,interested in that ad set and they do,click on it,and the option below it is impressions,and this option it basically will filter,out all the ad set,based on the impressions that each ad,set has,and i don't recommend to go for in the last 90 days i've spent over 600,000,on tick tock ads with our clients and,every day we're migrating more and more,budget over from facebook to tick tock,and in today's video i'm going to be,covering the top five ways you can learn,from the lessons that i have after,spending six hundred thousand dollars on,tick tock ads,hello everyone my name is chase chapel,your favorite digital marketer here,let's get into this video so these are,the lessons from spending 600 000,dollars in tick tock ads and i would,have been far better off if i had,already learned these lessons in advance,or had somebody to really guide me,through the process of understanding,what it is that make tick tock ads,convert how to structure the audiences,and all of the learnings that we've had,from other platforms to be able to be,successful on tick tock ads and that's,exactly what i'm going to be doing today,is i'm going to be walking you through,the top five things that are going to,allow you to be successful with tick,tock ads from the things that we've done,after spending 600 000 on tick tock ads,so let's go ahead and jump into the,first thing and start covering some of,the things you can do to actually,increase your overall conversions and as,you can see here we spent a little over,six hundred thousand dollars on testing,this far just in the last 90 days that's,about 148 million impressions from that,amount of spending about 2 million,clicks overall and so let's go ahead and,go over the tick tock adds creative best,practices so number one is videos with a,duration of 21 seconds to 34 seconds,have a 280 percent lift and conversion,yes you heard that right 21 seconds to,34 seconds if you literally just have,tick tock ads that are at least 21 to 34,seconds long,you automatically have a competitive,advantage over other tick tock,advertisers and the reason for this lift,and conversions is because that's enough,time for you to deliver information in a,concise way to the actual consumer that,might be purchasing your product or the,business that might actually be you know,choosing to work with your service and,you want to time it between 21 to 34,seconds you don't want it to be overly,long you don't want it to be overly,short,so definitely try to be within this,range because you are going to see much,better conversions by doing so and this,is data that ticktalk actually has from,you know hundreds of thousands of,advertisers that are actually already on,the platform and we're seeing this with,our results too videos that are between,21 to 34 seconds do actually convert,better,and we also see that the 9 16 aspect,ratio does help with lifting conversions,that is vertical video y'all you'll want,to make sure you have vertical video you,don't want to try to apply square video,and have these black spaces in between,the actual video you want to make sure,that these videos are actually vertical,tick tock is a vertical placement so you,want to make sure your content actually,fits for tick tock so make sure you have,a 9x16 aspect ratio in your actual,videos that is simply filming on your,phone that's the best way to do it to,actually keep the vertical video in,check and that resolution is actually,going to be higher and that actually,leads us to the next point if your video,is actually above 720p you're going to,see a 312 lifting conversion so if you,just apply these three things you're,going to see you know 280 lift and 91,left and even up to a 312 percent lift,in conversions by having hd video if you,upload a very low quality video the back,door is this you're likely going to get,much less conversions than other,accounts would and if you have ads that,are actually converting now with a low,quality video well if you just upgrade,the quality you could be seeing much,better conversions at the exact same,cost the next thing is number two and,that's tick tock user generated content,this is very big because you have,branded ads and you have spark ads,branded ads are essentially what you see,here this is an ad by go clove and you,know their shoe brand and they have,these actual you know branded outline,where it has the colors of their blue,they're green and the actual ad and it's,very branded and when you come across it,looks very much so like an ad these,types of ads do work to some degree and,you know do have good conversion rates,depending on you know how they're,actually flexing their brand and,actually driving you know consideration,and actually having people make the,conversion based off of what's actually,in the actual ad and you can see has 57,likes you know people are commenting,that they are interested in the product,which is a good thing but overall we're,seeing much better results with tiktok,spark ads and ugc content where we're,actually using user generated content in,the ads and that is a form of raw video,and user generated content is,essentially content that is created hello everyone it's chase chapel here,and i'm going to be showing you exactly,how to recognize if your campaign is,performing or not on tick tock how to,set up a campaign and how to do it if,you have a low budget for testing so by,the end of this video not only will you,be able to learn how to set up tick tock,ads for 100 or less per day but be able,to truly understand exactly what,strategy works how to get actual,conversions from the get go and be able,to successfully identify winning,creative styles that actually convert so,without wasting any time today let's get,into the training,so with tick-tock ads during the testing,phase if you have under a hundred,dollars per day as a testing budget we,like to actually test three to five,audiences at most so that way you can,truly understand and identify if your,actual ads are going to convert and not,only that we like to actually have only,one or two tick-tock ad creatives for,those campaigns so that way they can,optimize effectively and distribute,budget to one or the other ads that are,actually converting better that way you,don't have to spend a lot of money,trying to figure everything out and you,can have earlier success without having,to spend a lot of money and in fact we,literally do this so many times that,most of our clients actually launch,their campaigns and start seeing,immediate results and in fact right here,what we're looking at is,a few audiences here and literally,within launching this campaign on the,26th within three days this campaign had,already gotten 19 conversions and was,averaging a 2.28 x row s now while that,roads might not sound a lot to you but,this is literally within three days of,launch on tick tock ads getting 19,conversions for less than 100 dollars,per day and immediately it was already,roi positive and very profitable and in,fact once we actually optimize this,campaign over time we're going to be,able to raise that overall return and ad,spend to a three to four to five x roads,and be able to get really consistent,results at scale so we're actually,creating our own budget for ourselves,through this campaign and you can see,here we have audience breakdowns where,we're using an actual open audience,which is just a wide open audience with,no actual targeting and we're allowing,the tiktok algorithm to identify who to,go after for us and then we have other,audiences that we're more specific and,actually guiding the algorithm by giving,it a little bit of data that i can test,with that way it can optimize and get,efficient results and we do that with,interest hashtag audiences where we're,targeting specific hashtags around,videos people are watching on tick tock,and then we have actual interest,categories where that could be you know,actual brands like target or walmart,where we're targeting actual retail,stores where you know other similar,products are located,and then we have another open audience,which is you know actually in a,different country and then we have,interest in hashtag audiences once again,so i'm gonna go ahead and break this,down for you so you can see exactly how,to get results because literally within,launch of this campaign we're paying,less than you know 20 cents an actual,click we're getting cpms for around two,dollars around a cpm and even launching,these actual campaigns and being able to,get conversions within the first three,days so let's actually go through how to,set this up so that way you can launch,this campaign for yourself all right,we're in a brand new ads manager and,what we're gonna do is we're gonna hit,create,and this is actually how you set up the,actual testing campaign and what you're,going to do is you're going to actually,choose conversions if you're optimizing,for purchases if you have an e-commerce,store if you set up the actual tick tock,pixel you're going to want to optimize,for ultimate conversion objective and if,that is purchases then you're going to,want to optimize for purchases so let's,go ahead and name our campaign and we,can name it conversions testing and this,is the conversions testing campaign,where you can literally spend less than,100 per day and start making your money,back immediately that way you can,recycle that cash to actually grow your,overall results and achieve success so,once we have our campaign here what,we're going to do is we're going to,choose placements we're going to choose,tick tock specifically because that's,what our video is optimizing for and,that's where the actual attention is,we're going to choose our location in,our case it's going to be united states,and we have an age limit 18 plus for us,so we're going to choose that age range,so what we're actually going to do is,we're going to choose a specific,audience in what is going on guys welcome back to,the channel as you can tell by the title,of this video we're going to be covering,just two simple things in today's video,but firstly and most importantly sort of,the overarching uh aspect of this video,is gonna be how to spy on your,competition if you own an ecommerce,brand right if you're in the e-commerce,space at all this video is going to be,perfect for you because like i said,we're going to be covering exactly how,to find out what ads your competitors,are using right now what creatives,they're using what ad copy they're,testing out a million other things and,i'm going to show you how to do this on,two different platforms facebook as well,as tick tock i hope you guys like the,new agency sign in the background i'm,actually going to be moving to a new,apartment with my girlfriend by the,beginning of april mid-april so we'll be,in a bit of a different office setup in,the next few months probably in the next,video knowing uh that i'm uploading,these usually once a month at this point,because we're just so busy but,regardless let's hop on into the video,and i'll see you guys into the computer,now we're on to the what's called the,facebook ad library if you go ahead and,search this up this is obviously native,to facebook you can go ahead and find,this on google anyone can access this,it's totally free but there's a lot of,different things that you can do within,the ad library and it's really cool,really really useful in terms of like i,said finding what ads people are using,what content what ad copy and a ton of a,ton of different things as well so let's,go ahead and start things off guys if,you go ahead and just search up the,facebook ad library or the meta ad,library as things are now what's gonna,happen is you're gonna bring you it's,gonna bring you to this page it's gonna,look something like this it's gonna have,your default country here and add,category now you obviously can go ahead,and look by your individual country,right and find out what ads are being,ran here but just to be safe i think the,best thing to do guys is always just,switch this to all countries and then,add categories so facebook sort of,switches categorizes their ads by two,different ad categories right and,there's actually a few other ones but,listed here they're all sort of listed,into two different sections right that's,gonna be all ads every single ad that,there can be and then just issues,elections or political types of,advertisement so obviously we're gonna,go ahead and switch to all ads here it's,gonna actually sort of reload the page,if you guys don't notice that and then,two things here you're gonna notice it,says you can search by keyword or search,by advertiser this is really really cool,and really important because it actually,has a ton a ton of benefits in terms of,what you're looking for and what you can,actually find within the ads manager so,if i wanted to just go ahead and search,up any keyword here i have skin scrub if,we were working with a few skin care,brands you can see if i just search up,skin right it's going to give us a few,more examples of advertisers but it's,going to give us generally just a few,that facebook chooses chooses rather and,you can go ahead and click on them and,see all of the different ads that an,individual brand is running right so,kylie skin you can see they're running,upwards of 110 individual ads they're,definitely spending quite a large budget,i would say you know upwards of probably,six figures a month on advertising and,then what's really cool here guys is you,can see all of the individual ads that,they're running the creatives right the,videos right you can see what sales they,have going on so this is awesome right,and just like as a tip as a consumer i,do this all the time which is funny,because you know during black friday,cyber monday that you know any sale,christmas whatever if you're you know,you have your favorite brands and maybe,you didn't get their email or you,haven't seen what sale they have going,on particularly you can go ahead and,search up in the ad library their brand,find out exactly what ads are running,find their best sale and just go ahead,and use the code that way uh something,really cool as a consumer but this is,really awesome from an advertiser's,perspective or a brand owner's,perspective because you can see exactly,what these bigger brands are doing in,terms of what type of content are they,using right some not necessarily user,generated content here but obviously,having the models and the products in,the same video you can see how they're,actually highlighting in terms of having,text on these videos you can see 9x16,sort of like a story ad where it's just,like a gif right really no music behind,it or no audio at all so this gives us a,lot of insights right you can see all,the different ad copy that they're using,as well as guys you can click on right how much does a successful Tick,Tock ad campaign cost well we're going,to dive into my screen here I'm going to,share with you guys one particular,campaign that has been working,phenomenally well for one of our Tick,Tock clients we actually generated 51,book calls so one thing to understand is,that this account is for a book called,funnel this is the main kpis sales are,just part of the process we obviously,are want to add optimize for sales but,book calls is what we're going after,here so I'm just going to quickly talk,about this because you know it's a,question of how much do I need to spend,on Tick Tock right that's the answer,that you want is how much should I spend,on take that home how much do I need in,terms of budget to be able to make Tick,Tock work for my brand and
