people are seeing with tick tock ads,you know two three years ago on youtube,a lot of the other content creators in,the ecommerce space were heavily pushing,facebook ads because that was the main,platform everyone was advertising their,dropshipping stores on but now,especially in 2022 it does appear to be,tick-tock now i've tried tik-tok this,year i think i said in my last video i,have only spent about two to three,thousand pounds which is about three and,a half four thousand dollars on that,platform but i've got a good idea of how,it works i've also watched a lot of,content tick-tock related and i've,picked up a lot of negative things that,even those people are saying that are,linked with that platform as well so,whether you're starting your ecom drop,shipping journey or if you've already,got a store making some sales this is a,good video to watch because as in all my,other videos i always recommend google,ads now the first pointer here guys is,consistency if you've watched any other,google ads before you'll know this is,something that all the other people are,saying as well and with me it's no,different you can see the first point,here i've had some products from the,very beginning especially on my uk site,that have been consistent for two to,three years now we just hop over to this,report here quickly on uh shopify this,is my uk website uh this is my best,selling product i'm obviously gonna blow,out the name and stuff because it's my,best seller and i started this store in,uh july 2020 which is why the report is,july 2020 obviously to present day i'm,making this video on august 7th and you,can see i have sold just under 12 000,units of this product with a total sales,volume of 343,000 pounds which i think is about 450,000 and this isn't something that peaks,for one month a year or only did well,for one month just randomly because of a,trend this is a consistent product that,has been selling for me from the get-go,on this website and it still continues,to be my best seller every single day i,only launched my us site at the start of,last year and this product in the us on,that site is also my best seller on that,website so it's a global product there's,global demand and it's consistent all,year round now products i've tested on,tick tock have done well for a few days,sometimes up to a couple of weeks and,then i see major ad fatigue very quickly,this is where your ad ends up showing to,the same people over and over again no,new faces are seeing it and eventually,that audience just loses interest and,that product stops converting this can,be quite common with facebook as well,but i do often see facebook ads last a,little longer than two weeks sometimes,four to six weeks is the time frame,before you have to start pumping out new,content and testing new ad creatives but,with google being a search based,platform with shopping ads and search,ads as well you're not having to show,people you know a wide variety of videos,you're not having to pump out all this,content on a weekly sometimes even daily,basis just to keep your sales ticking,over now number two guys here we've got,evergreen,boring products some of the best,products that do well on google are,boring products it doesn't sound fancy,that is just how it is some some of my,best sellers are very boring but,obviously with tick tock products they,are very impulsive purchases they grab,your attention whilst on tick tiktok and,they're often silly products that don't,always solve a problem but people like,the look of them and they want that,quick satisfaction they want to purchase,it because it looks cool i mean let's,take this product here we've all seen a,tick stock ad for this fire diffuser,product it doesn't really solve a,problem it's gotten very popular because,it's just a cool looking product and,even on google there are clearly so many,drop shippers selling this particular,product here and because tick tock is,very impulsive when it comes to people,buying from ads this results in lower,ticket items that you can sell on tick,tock because the higher the price of a,product the more thought there is behind,that purchase for a customer if,something's a hundred pounds or a,hundred dollars

four,hundred dollars profit every single day,with one product using Tick Tock ads,stay tuned,welcome back guys welcome to the channel,my name is Jacob wikowski and in this,channel I'm documenting my journey of,starting brand new drop shipping stores,and trying to find my first winning,product so basically on the beginning of,this year 20 and 22 I decided to devote,most of my time and most of my money,into building and trying to succeed with,Drop Shipping to see if Drop Shipping,really is that easy,especially in 2022 so like I mentioned,before for the first six months of me,trying to build the drop shipping stores,trying to make it big I've tested,probably 20 different products I've,spent like over eighteen thousand,dollars and I didn't make any money it,wasn't until a couple weeks ago where I,actually found my first true winning,product and now I'm able to make two to,even four hundred dollars per day in,profit pretty consistently using Tick,Tock ads and in this video I'm going to,go into more d details on what strategy,I'm using to make it work for me now in,the first six months of my dropshipping,journey I mostly used Facebook ads to to,to be successful that didn't really work,for me however in those six months or,almost seven months actually I have been,trying to use tick tock as well and it,never really worked for me like probably,on the beginning spent like 500 maybe,even more trying to sell products on,Tick Tock it didn't never go anywhere,again until I started using the strategy,that I'm going to tell you about right,now and of course part of the success is,me finding this actual winning product,and it's worth to mention that this,winning product I first found out about,it and seen potential with this product,on Facebook and then this is where I,decided to take it to tick tock and see,if I can make money with it on Tick Tock,and surely that was great idea so let's,hop on to my computer and I'm going to,show you all the numbers and then break,down this entire strategy so this is,basically the store I'm talking about I,have started running ads to this store,probably,so that was July definitely July maybe,15th not even a15 so as you can see it,was like only literally a couple weeks,ago that I started working on this,product,so 20th,was my prologue first sale yeah so the,9th 20th of July this is where I had my,first sale with this store so this is,about one to three weeks or so,three weeks and so far I was able to,generate eleven thousand dollars uh,eleven thousand and eighteen dollars um,in sales today alone I already had,um 181 dollars in sales it's actually,one order less because one order today,came from me personally because one I'm,testing new private agent I want to see,you know how fast I'm actually going to,get the product and then test the,quality of the product etc etc but I'm,also using a new tracking system with my,Tick Tock ads and that's another thing,to talk about because when you're,running ads on Tick Tock what I've,realized is that oftentimes people will,see your ads and when they see your ads,instead of clicking on shop now button,they will actually click on your profile,button right to check out your profile,and then go to your home page from there,and when that happens a lot of sales,don't actually get assigned or tracked,properly inside tick tock's ad account,so for that reason today I decided to,invest in a tracking software called,hyrus I highly recommend ended it is,quite expensive because you pay 350,dollars for the lower package if you,like but it tracks everything so if you,see my ad right now,and you watch it,and then go to my profile in even couple,days later decide to directly go to my,shop this app somehow still is able to,track and see which ad you've seen first,which ad you decided to click on and,everything else it's it's very Advanced,tracking uh software hence the price but,I think it's really worth it because,right now for the past what three weeks,I've realized that whenever I was,testing ads the sales would go up I had,days where I had like 420 dollars in,pure profit from sales and then I would,the next day go into my ad account check,which ads they actually gave me sales,again a lot of sales were not even,tracked and then I would switch off the,ads that were not showing any sales the,next day I would see drop in my sales,because probably I have switched off,some ads that did generate sales but,they were not assigned and showing in,inside of you know Tick Tock other camp,in my in my head if I can pay 350,dollars per month and be sure that I'm,not switching off the working ads and,scaling them then that's just going to,be pay for itself that's no brainer at,all so that's what I'm using it's high,Ros app I'm so  ,it's a monumental opportunity for people and  businesses to sell their products on the platform  ,how many times have you spoken to someone they've  said ah i found that product on tick tock it's  ,happening a lot these days so let's jump on to how  you can actually make the most of that so this is  ,the tick tock ad structure so at the top we have  tick tocks ad manager then we have ad campaigns  ,we have ad groups we have ad creative and then  landing pages to break these down one by one tick  ,doc ads manager is where you manage your ticktock  advertising account similar to the facebook  ,ad manager now a ad campaign is the foundation  of your ad so we're setting up our advertising  ,objectives and formats we then have ad group which  is target audiences ad placements budget and the  ,bidding then we have the ad creative which is  the text and the video that will appear on our  ,apps what we're physically seeing then finally our  landing page and this is the destination is the new kid on the blog usually we're  heavily reliant on facebook because it's such an  ,incredible marketing tool but lots of people are  getting heaps of success with the new entertaining  ,nature of tick tock ads so it might be perfect  for your brand this video is perfect for beginners  ,we're not going to skip any steps but i'm also  going to go into some advanced things around  ,content because that is so important to make sure  that you make tick tock ads work the first step  ,you're going to want to do is set up your shopify  store if you haven't set up your shopify store  ,just pause the video click the link in my bio and  set it up now we've got one set up through our  ,lemon scrub series so it's got most of the things  ready we're just going to make sure that we set up  ,tiktok properly so the pixel is firing once you're  in shopify the best way to go is go into apps and  ,just write in tiktok simply download the official  tiktok app and click add sales channel this is the  ,exact same as facebook nowadays this will bring  up this little tick tock section down on the left  ,hand store of your shopify store if you don't have  shopify still carry on watching we're going to get  ,into the nitty gritty in a second once this is set  up we can click this section here setting up the  ,pixel the next step you can see that it's saying  connect tick tock for business this is where you  ,need a new tick tock account already have a tick  tock business account you can just click connect  ,but today we're gonna have to create a brand new  one so i'm just gonna click create new at the top  ,enter my email address get the verification code  sent into the verification code here agree to  ,terms and conditions and just click sign up you  can click connect down the bottom right and that's  ,now created an ads manager business manager under  that email we can click create new ad account and  ,we can select the country and the currency that we  want to be built in this is generally the region  ,that you want to be targeting change the business  name to something a little bit simpler click sign  ,up and connect you'll come to this data sharing  section which we've touched on a few times in my  ,previous episodes just click enhanced or maximum  providing you've got the terms and conditions set  ,up for something and then click confirm maximum  is obviously preferred this is how shopify shares  ,data with ticktock this is referred to as capi  which is a partnership between shopify and the  ,advertising platform click set up enter your final  details make sure you connect automatic payment  ,click confirm and you should be ready to go now  to create tick-tock ads we're actually going to  ,have to go back to the tick-tock may need to go  and fix that initially just download the chrome  ,extension and you can see that our tick tock pixel  is set up here shopify set it up for us and it  ,should be firing this is a page view because we're  on a page when you add a product to cart it should  ,fire the add to cart pixel or if someone purchases  you can test a purchase and it will also fire that  ,pixel in the exact right way so now we're in  the tiktok ads account we can go ahead and  ,create our first campaign campaign structures  are really important to talk about it's what  ,separates good advertisers from sales from active,people who want exactly your product so,it's actually pretty simple to get,people to buy because it's literally,them searching for it okay so they,actively search for your thing and then,we need to consider two things number,one,high ticket stuff works better on google,okay i wouldn't recommend going for,super low tickets obviously it works but,i wouldn't recommend going super this table,actually has something more to offer so,that's google and now let's talk about,tiktok so the first very big positive,about tiktok is you're gonna get a lot,of cheap traffic okay so to get a person,from tick tock to face to to your store,is so much cheaper than actually getting,a person from facebook to your store,however and this is a big issue,traffic is not equal to sales 100 people,on your store doesn't mean that you're,going to make x amount of money it's not,that the conversion rate from tick tock,leads are is the same as the conversion,rate of facebook leads and that's the,issue here you need to understand that,the soft metrics don't really count if,you don't make money so you have cheaper,traffic but it's also shittier traffic,okay so it's lower quality traffic which,doesn't
