128 million in  ,user spending marking an increase of 380 from its  january 2020 revenue so it's growing year on year  ,almost 4x in user revenue now take top ranks  as the second biggest app in consumer spend  ,above youtube disney plus and netflix this  is probably the uh the biggest stat on this  ,screen ranking above youtube and netflix in  consumer spend is absolutely ridiculous so  ,it's a monumental opportunity for people and  businesses to sell their products on the platform  ,how many times have you spoken to someone they've  said ah i found that product on tick tock it's  ,happening a lot these days so let's jump on to how  you can actually make the most of that so this is  ,the tick tock ad structure so at the top we have  tick tocks ad manager then we have ad campaigns  ,we have ad groups we have ad creative and then  landing pages to break these down one by one tick  ,doc ads manager is where you manage your ticktock  advertising account similar to the facebook  ,ad manager now a ad campaign is the foundation  of your ad so we're setting up our advertising  ,objectives and formats we then have ad group which  is target audiences ad placements budget and the  ,bidding then we have the ad creative which is  the text and the video that will appear on our  ,apps what we're physically seeing then finally our  landing page and this is the destination url that  ,we are driving our potential customers too this  is the place where they will actually buy our  ,products or service so when you actually have your  tick tock ad account up and running this is kind  ,of what the format will look like we have our ad  manager at the top we have campaigns beneath that  ,then inside an ad campaign we would have multiple  ad groups so we'll be testing out multiple  ,audiences and inside those audiences we may even  be testing out multiple different ad creatives  ,as well so what are the actual creative the the  creative formats that we can use on tick guitar,as the worst 1970 Gibson SG Deluxe in,the world,I love his brutal honesty here because,there's some guys that get their modded,up guitars that have had their serial,numbers sanded off and been heavily,modified and not have many original,parts left on them be routed out for,killers and they'd say oh yeah this is,the best guitar in the world but no this,guy's honest saying it's probably a bit,of a project we've got a couple of nice,things about it but it's probably the,worst one in existence so now that we've,seen it let's dissect it okay let's see,if we can narrow down that date a little,bit 1970 to 1974 might be good enough,for listing on Reaver but I want more so,the best way to date a 70s guitar is by,the pot codes and thankfully he does,have the photos here now unfortunately,we've got DiMarzio here so that's not,original DiMarzio there demarzio here,but what is this one three seven seven,eight five one is what it looks like,that would date it to the 51st week of,1978. well that can't be right since the,top rounded Deluxe that probably tells,us it's probably around 1971 to 72-ish,because that's when they looked like,this top routed sometimes they would,have Bixby sometimes not but they had,this weird Les Paul style pickguard on,them they were very interesting SGS,before they've reconfigured and turned,them into standards like this so judging,by the pots it might have been updated,somewhere around 1979-ish or perhaps,this was an old pot at that time so,maybe it was in the 80s that makes,complete sense at least it looks like,we've got some vintage looking knobs on,it yet with what looks like a mini,toggle switch right here added after the,fact three-way toggle switch to select,between our pickups with our regular,output Jack but what are our pickups in,here our first one some sort of a,Seymour Duncan and this is likely what,is connected to the mini toggle switch,for coil splitting it looks like it says,BM if that means anything to ya but then,with everything else that happened to,this guitar I was shocked how does it,still have the original neck pickup it,must have sounded so fantastic that even,though they had to modify everything,else about this thing to make it awesome,they left this alone so this pickup's,actually worth quite a bit of money even,with the covers removed now I might look,at this and go oh gray lead coming out,of a vintage Gibson pickup what that's,just how the SG Deluxe were that's a,very easy way to identify that it did,come out of an SG I don't believe,they're actually Four conductor wiring,though so that's pretty lucky because,obviously this finish is not original it,looks like somebody did a black staining,job and maybe this is the original,wooden color I'm not sure it could just,be that the whole thing has been stained,but then we have some sort of a freaky,trim system I don't think it's a kaler,but it kind of looks similar to once,maybe it's just a model I'm not familiar,with because apparently a Bixby wasn't,good enough for this guy he needs more,dive bombing action than that could give,to him it looks like somebody upgraded,the tuners somewhere around the late 70s,early 80s with the Schaller made in West,Germany tuners and then they did the,whole black coloring on the back of the,headstock as well so yeah that does look,like the original wood coloring here so,that might be the case on the front the,worst thing about this is the fact that,it does not have the serial number,anymore so if somebody were to book a,private help session and ask me how much,is this guitar worth I would probably,say between the 900 to 1400 range and a,lot of that value comes out of this,pickup probably being worth around 300,so I would say top values probably about,14. and that's exactly where he had it,listed so it does not surprise me in the,slightest with an honest listing and,listing it for that price he apparently,found a buyer for it within three days,but essentially The Story Goes is he,picked it up as a project but he's,working on other stuff so either he'll,do it later or he'll sell it to somebody,but good on you Joe for not talking it,up and being honest it also made me,think what if everybody starts using,YouTube titles for their listings on,reverb you won't believe this Gibson,Firebrand the SG weird stripy Les Paul,guitar,who diss,I best,practices to help boost your ad,performance,today i'll be taking you through some,creative tips and tricks to help you,achieve performance results you've been,wanting to achieve for your campaigns,when it comes to advertising there are a,lot of different elements you need to,take into consideration to ensure the,decisions that you make for your assets,that you produce will help achieve the,ultimate campaign success,so at tiktok we have analyzed the,creative data to help us understand what,creative elements are needed to ensure,great performance results for your,ticktock campaigns,with the information we have gathered,from the analysis we have developed,universal creative best practice guides,shoot high-res,when it comes to the quality of creative,we advise you to use creative with a,minimum of 720 pixel resolution,when advertisers use creative with a,minimum of 720 pixels we have found that,there's a 312 percent left in,conversions compared to creatives below,that 720 res,go big full screen,we highly recommend you use a 9 by 16,aspect ratio to ensure you maximize the,surface area of any device for maximum,creative performance,assets that use 9x16 aspect ratio had a,91 conversion lift compared to those,with other aspect ratios such as the,16x9,rally them to act we found by adding in,a clear cta within the creative there is,a 152 lifting conversion so make sure,you put in that clear cta for your,creatives,make some noise,include audio of any type to your,creatives the more relevant sounds you,use the better it'll be for example,let's say you're selling some healthy,homemade freeze-dried snacks adding in,the crunch sound of the snack would be,useful or like a sound to complement the,overall creatives will be super handy as,well,by adding in sound we found that there,was a 16 lift in impressions compared to,assets with no sound elements,keep it short and sweet,on average we found if the video length,ranges between 21 to 34 seconds it,helped drive a two percent lift in,impressions and a whopping 280 percent,lift in conversion,the shorter and catchier you make your,creatives the better the overall,performance will be,here is a quick little summary of the,universal creative elements outlined,all you need to do is remember these,five universal tips and tricks,create a resolution minimum of 720 pixel,resolution,ensure you embrace the power of sound,and have sound elements,have a clear cta within the creative to,prompt the user to take action,and keep your videos short and sweet,between 21 to 34 seconds,and finally have your creative in a,vertical format so the 9x16 to maximize,your device screen,now i'd like to take you through some,more fun and exciting creative best,practices for our ecommerce advertisers,and market,mix up your creatives,we found that there is a 38 lift in,conversion when advertisers used a,variety of different scenes in their,assets compared to a continuous shot,where products were showcased,having elements of transitions give the,creative a more exciting fun effect,which will keep your users more engaged,leading to a better campaign outcome,get them to act,use closed captions through an on-screen,text that is clearly displayed with an,offer or a cta,we found advertisers to do this had a 16,lift in impressions and an 80 lift in,the conversions for the campaigns,voiceover and an offer winning combo,by adding a voiceover describing the,products with potentially an offer can,help you deliver some great results,we found that there was a nine percent,lift in impressions and also 87,improvement data that it's,collecting to create retargeting ads so,that you can Target very specific people,so for example let's say The Tick Tock,pixel tracks all the people that visit,your website you can later retarget,website visitors with another ad that,gives them a coupon code and then maybe,they'll finally decide to make that,purchase,so to install a tick tock pixel click,assets and then click event,click manage under the website pixel,click create pixel and then name it your,Shopify store name so Shopify has,actually made it really easy to install,this piece of code with one click so,what you're going to do is you're going,to click this button right here,and then hit connect with Shopify,okay cool that's done now we're going to,hit next,and now let's go over to shopify's App,Store and make sure that we actually,have the tick tock app installed this,app is literally just called Tick Tock,and then the app is just buy Tick Tock,Inc okay so Tick Tock Inc,and then you're going to add the sales,channel here like this after that you're,going to connect your Shopify account to,your Tick Tock and you're good make sure,that you have the right ads manager,account selected here then hit connect,select the pixel that we've just made,together a minute ago just like this and,then hit connect,select your Target locations depending,on where in the world you're selling to,you're going to also want to add a,payment method and then when you go back,to tick tock you can click this button,right here that confirms that you have,set the pixel up in Shopify,after this the Shopify pixel will tracking methods you've got,URL keywords or web elements okay so we,have click events so click events are,going to count every time someone clicks,on a specific element on your website so,this could competition,watching this tutorial we'll be going,over five things today,why should you use tick-tock ads,examples of winning tick-tock ads,account setup tick-tock pixel setup and,creating,your ads as usual i'll leave timestamps,for all five sections for your,convenience and,any tools or resources i mentioned,throughout the video,i'll leave in the description box below,so go ahead and check them out below,so why should we use tik tok ads i mean,there are so many other ad platforms out,there right now,but because tick tock is so new there's,definitely pros and cons but let's go,over why you becomes tied,you know to a product if the dance gets,picked up by a whole load of users well,the product also gets picked up too the,product being a slurpee in this case,if you have the creativity and the moves,you know this is a great way to promote,a brand or product but creating a,dance that goes with it but i know this,isn't for everyone,personally not my cup of tea so let's,move on to the next example,so the next example with this one it's,also straight,pretty straightforward they have,literally just,shown their apparel products overlaid,with a popular song and they've added a,direct,call to action button as part of the ad,which i'll show you how to do,later in this tutorial they have a,buttload of likes,at 200k plus for this specific ad alone,which means they most likely,ran an engagement campaign on tick-tock,but the point here is you don't always,need to have a really fancy you know,dancing tick-tock video to succeed so,this is an example of an ad that works,and it's just a very,simple uh you know apparel video the,next one is,from nike this one's pretty interesting,have you watched this,you know ad loan by itself you're,probably going to wonder,how the heck is this working how does it,drive customers to,buy anything or do anything wouldn't,blame you but,what's going on here is also genius and,can drive virality the goal here is to,get,as many users to repost this as a duet,as you can see here they've reposted it,you know they've got some,engaging dancing going on more people,that repost this as a duet the more,eyeballs,that see this ad and the more traffic,that comes through to your website,so as you can see here with tho

not all tick tocks are created equal you,see some users get this fancy end screen,with their handle name like this while,other users like me with a smaller,follower account get nothing but today,i'm going to show you how you can fake,this end screen using one free app,here's how,okay so there are three very important,steps that you're going to want to take,before we can get to editing this end,screen the first is make sure you,download this free app called in shot,it's available for ios and android i'll,leave a link for both of them in the,description below the second thing,you're going to want to do is find a,tick tock that already has an end screen,and save that to your phone's camera,roll and the third thing that you're,going to want to do is take a screenshot,of that end screen trust me i know this,is a lot but just those three things,make sure you have them down because,this will make a lot more sense in just,a minute step one open the in shot app,select video and then select the tick,tock that we already downloaded to our,camera roll then on the timeline at the,very bottom scroll all the way to the,end screen and right before the text,appears just leave your playhead around,there,step two hit pip or picture in picture,along the toolbar right here,and select the screenshot of the end,screen that we took because what we're,going to do here essentially is use this,screenshot as a band-aid to cover the,text in the tick tock that we downloaded,so depending on the size of the text in,your tick tock you're going to want to,mess around with the size of this,screenshot and then in the toolbar we're,going to crop out any of the text that,we don't want in this screenshot so,basically what we're left with is just a,color that is the color of this tiktok,end screen,we can mess around with the sizing and,place this over the text so it'll look,like there is no text in that type bar,step three we're going to add our own,text to this end screen so hit the text,tool and type in your username handle,there are a couple of different fonts to,choose from but i think this one looks,kind of closest to the tick tock font,then we add an animation so in the,original tick-tock end screen the,username slowly fades in and they have,an animation that looks just like that,step four we're gonna hide that,watermark that's not ours so we're gonna,do exactly what we did before we're,gonna use our screenshot as a band-aid,to cover over this tik-tok handle,and finally step five you're going to,want to save this video to your camera,roll and then resize it and crop it so,basically we don't want the tick tock we,just want this end screen that we can,add to our own tick tocks in the future,so essentially this is going to be like,a two second video on your camera roll,that you can use to add to your own tick,tocks,and that my friends is how you can fake,an end screen for your tick tocks if you,found this helpful hit that like button,if it's your first time here please do,subscribe for more videos like this in,the future and i'll see you soon bye

two,options members and partners so if you,wanted to add someone here you need to,click on that members and then you need,to send invitation to them but before,sending invitation you need to create,your ad account because if you don't,have an account even after adding the,member here he will not be able to,manage your ads so to create ad account,you need to go further down under
